Chubbie's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Racine

I order my at 5:05 and then I called 10 minutes to 6:00 they said it would be on its way and it showed up at 6:16. The food was cold, the pizza had two pieces flipped over on top of the rest of the pizza and the only way you can do that is when you close the box cuz it was on the perforation side of the box who sends out a pizza like that? And it was supposed to been a thin crust cuz it was a specialty pizza but it looked like hand tossed. And then as my husband was eating it it tasted funny and he turned it over and it was burned. And the only reason why we ordered there is because he liked chubby's food not no more. So anybody who's going to order either eat there but don't have it delivered cuz it takes too long then your food is cold but you're hungry so you're going to eat it anyways. If I could give you a negative in the numbers I would. You should allow us to put pictures up with our reviews so that way you see what we're talking about because I have all the pictures...

This place used to be amazing and I enjoyed going there to eat and ordering from them. But now it has turned into a place I don't think about getting food from at all anymore. The past year I'm not sure if it's under New Management, or change in people, but the service has been very poor. I called one day and asked to order something at 7:30pm and they told me that they were closed even though operations said open till 9:00. The guy on the phone told me it is what it is. The past two meals that I have ordered from them have had items missing or just incorrect. One of those orders they told me I'd have to come and pick it up since they weren't going to send out another driver to replace my missing food. I will no longer be ordering food from them anymore. Decent food but you better hope you get what you ordered because if you didn’t, it’s not their fault and they will make no attempt to make it right.

We have been ordering from them on a regular basis since we moved to the area and never had an issue until last night. I ordered 3 varying burgers and 2 apps - literally everything in the order was wrong (how hard is a PLAIN HAMBURGER?!) and I called IMMEDIATELY and was told to call back today because the owner wasn’t there. Call today and was told that the owner doesn’t talk to customers but that he’s been scammed so much that there won’t be a refund or credit because he should have been notified yesterday.
