Pieology Pizzeria North Hills

Second time coming to this location. First time was great but this time it was terrible. Was at North Hills for an event so was expecting a crowd but luckily me and my sister came when no one else was in line. The first thing that greeted us was an employee saying how she refused to work anymore that night and would be in the back. I shook that off since it wasn't all that terrible but then the woman who came to make our pizzas seemed as if she was in a rush and just threw the sauce everywhere without leaving ANY edge for crust. At that moment my sister decided she didn't want a pizza and we continued with mine. The whole time the employees focused more on personal conversations right in front of us instead of making the pizza. All the toppings were thrown on more sloppy than the sauce. After finally finishing the pizza creation me and my sister went to wait in the lobby area but we couldn't sit ANYWHERE because it wss beyond dirty. There was food all over the floor and seats and it just looked dirty everywhere. Took about 25 minutes to get the pizza but while we waited we watched the employees mess up giving pizzas to the wrong people so we decided to wait at the front near the register so that my pizza wouldn't be next. Only bright moment in the entire visit was the blonde girl who put the buffalo and ranch on my pizza. The worst part was the guy working the oven cleaning the pizza oven while my pizza was still in there. I was worried my pizza had black char all over it! Luckily I was starving and ready to leave so I took my pizza and sister and ran before something else could happen. Pizza was good but I don't think I'll be back.
