I ordered 2 pizza’s, breadsticks and a desert at 7:30pm, I received a text message at 7:49pm saying that my order was picked up and on the way. My ETA for delivery was 8:13pm. I looked at the Pizza Hut map and my ETA kept getting longer and longer. I decided to call Pizza Hut at 8:32pm to ask if everything was okay, I even texted the driver from the app to ask if everything was okay. No response from the driver so we requested that if the pizza is cold, if we could get a refund. The manager, Landon, said “yes, you can call me back if the pizza gets there and it’s cold” the pizza finally got delivered at 8:50pm and it was in fact cold. We called Landon back and he said “I have issued you a credit so the next time you order it’s free” we told him that is not what we requested and he had to put us on hold for sometime to ask someone else. They ended up telling us they don’t issue refunds and that we would have to speak to the district manager. We asked for the district managers name and number and they said “we don’t have a number. I don’t know who it is.” I requested to speak with someone else and someone named Noah got on the phone. I asked Noah the same information and he said he did not know. He told me I could put in a complaint and I asked how do I do that and again he said “I don’t know” then I asked for another manager and he told me the general manager is not in and I said okay can I get his name and when he will be in but Noah hung up on me. I called back and they answered and hung up. Read moreI’ve never experienced such unprofessional, disgusting, unsanitary, and most of all, horrible customer service from a business before in my life. Today I ordered a pizza for delivery at 3:25pm. Delivery time was expected to be about 25-30 minutes. Perfect. Waited till about 4:10 pm to start wondering where my order was. I’m a very understanding person. I know that working in the food service is hard and there could be delays, so I waited patiently. It was about 4:27pm when I decided to look outside to see if the driver had been lost because I live in an apartment. When I got outside, I noticed my order on the ground. First, I was NOT notified that my order was delivered. No knock, no phone calls, no notification via Pizza Hut app, nothing. Then my order was just left on the floor covered in ants and other insects. At that point, I was very upset. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. His name was Enok. I don’t understand how someone can be given the title of manager if they aren’t willing to be sympathetic to their customers. There was no offer of a refund, no offer of remake, no apology.
