The owner is a personal friend of mine & I couldn't be more impressed with what he's accomplished! It took more than blood, sweat, and tears to get to this point & every ounce of effort that went into making such a beautiful establishment resonates throughout! The Tap Room serves some of the regions finest original brews to the wide open views exposing the brewing mechanics/processes, giving patrons a "behind the scenes" experience in a spacious layout. Along with quality brews, they also serve up entertainment! Check their calander for a list of events/musical acts & don't forget to check out their merch, too. Show your support with a Brewery Thirty-Three T-shirt or sticker! Adding to Brewery Thirty-Three's "openess" are several retractable doors that, when opened, give access to an additional outside patio with plenty more seats/tables. When the weather permits, this is an especially nice feature allowing customers to enjoy the outdoors while they raise their glasses to such a friendly atmosphere & quality establishment. I was in town for the holidays and decided to check out this new spot! The ambience is sort of industrial, but still surprisingly cozy. It's BYOF, and a large party turned up with pizzas and balloons. Given 33's location along the River Line, perhaps it's convenient for bar-hopping. Either way, the staff seemed unruffled and I didn't have any issues receiving service at the bar. The noise level wasn't bad - some of the folks hung out under heat lamps outside.
