What's with management at this Hilton Hotel??? Staff needs training badly. Food quality is poor. Ever hear of Fresh Ingredients??? Not here.

We walked in at 12:30 Lunch time on a Friday....few patrons. Three male Staff/Bartenders behind the bar.....all three ignored us even though we were looking at them for direction!

Walked over to podium and waited 5 minutes before a waitress came outside to seat us. All the while we continued to stare at the bartenders and even waved at them. OMG Really? They saw us standing there but were too busy watching sports and talking with each other to bother with us. VERY POOR!!!

Fish Fry served was obviously frozen - three identically sized fish pieces - lots of water came out when I bit into them also. The only thing OK about the meal was the generic fries that were seasoned well.

12 YR OLD NIECE ordered the wings. She was just picking at them. When I asked why she wasn't eating she replied she didn't like them, so I tried one and was disgusted, THEY WERE RAW INSIDE....GROSS AND COULD MAKE SOMEONE DEATHLY ILL!!!

The waitress took the wings off the check, but, where was the manager??? I asked to speak with him/her and was told there wasn't one available. Say what??? Who is running this restaurant? NEVER AGAIN!!!

Dinner: Its okay. Chicken strips and fries were good. Grilled cheese was ok, needed more cheese tho. Steak was ok- acceptae. Service needed some friendliness for dinner. Loved the tvs on but needed closed caption. The bar drinks (that the waiter made) were terrible. ( outside bar) It was not what i thought it should have been. I expect more from a Hilton!

Our wait staff was exceptional! They brought cold drinks and hot food all afternoon. Looking out over the ocean from your table is awesome. They also do a massage for 50 minutes for 10.00 on the other path to the overlook. It is a 45-minute ride from the Cruise Port. We had 6 people and needed a larger vehicle. Other outfits wanted 35.00 per person, and the cab company charged us 90.00 for the round trip and stayed the whole time we we're there.
