Hungry Howie's Pizza consistently delivers a delicious culinary experience. The flavors are not only delightful but also remarkably consistent, making it a reliable choice. This locations pizza is overall decent for a low end pizza chain. The real issue with this location is the employees people skills and how they treated me as a customer. Upon receiving my $80 order I noticed a couple items missing. When calling the store to address the issue they didn’t once apologize for their mistake and blamed me, the customer, for ordering it wrong. After asking to speak to a manager, Chloe handled it in a very similar manner and didn’t offer to do anything about it.

If you have a larger order you don’t want messed up (in this case for a 3 year olds birthday party) I highly suggest avoiding this particular location at all costs as they clearly cannot process a larger order correctly. I previously worked at a pizza chain and this is not how we would ever treat a customer or handle a mess up. I won’t order from this location again.

Oh yeah, even though they are on the listed locations, they don’t accept fundraiser coupons either. So don’t go to this location if you have the high schools...

Ordered a BBQ chicken on the website. It asked me if I wanted extra cheese. I did not Intend for extra cheese, but since they made a pop up come up asking me and saying "we promise it will be delicious"(literally)I said yes. Somehow between then and submitting the order it added another extra mozzarella, so I got a 3x mozzerlla..the pizza was disgusting and not edible when delivered. I ate one slice and gagged..there was like 4 layers of cheese, the bottom two not even cooked hardly. The whole cheese came off the slice as one goopy mess when i the first bite. I ordered butter crust, the entire pizza was soaking in butter

So there was a glitch in their order form that messed up my order, easy to correct right? Just replace the pizza, give me a voucher for replacement pizza etc. Nope, I call and they said they can give me a free bread or pop next time I come?

So now I'm out $32.00 I paid for this.

This was disgusting and I would be careful ordering on howies online...
