Even though I gave this an average rating of three stars, the establishment was hurt by our previous visit's pre-Covid five star experience. Maybe a bad day in the kitchen or just a new post pandemic norm; either way, I hope the food catches back up to the beer and atmosphere. The hostess was amazing, the waitstaff acceptable, the atmosphere terrific, the beer selection outstanding, but all severely impacted by the less than stellar food. The burgers ordered were good, as were the pickle appetizers, but the pulled pork sandwich came on a bun that felt dipped in a vat of butter and having soaked into the tender pork, changing its taste. But the real delusion was the reuben; beside the rye bread being good, it felt like a sauerkraut sandwich with two thick slices of post Thanksgiving ham, lacking any of the spicing that would make one chose Legal Remedy's pastrami over HT's Boars Head pastrami and a night in. Hope this was a one off and the management takes notice enough to bring the quality of the food back. And if you think I may be a little off on the lack of quality this time around, check out the Legal Remedy reuben and the 2nd Avenue Deli's version. I'm from NC, not NYC, but a picture is worth its weight.

My fiance and I are so glad we finally decided to check out Legal Remedy! We went on a Saturday night, around 9 and immediately the hostess was helping us out and was extremely friendly and inviting. It was still busy, but wasn't completely packed making us feel claustrophobic or as though we didn't have any room to move. The food was amazing, large portions and definitely left feeling stuffed (and had leftovers.) The beers were fantastic and very unique. The atmosphere was amazing, and even though it was busy, the service was still amazing and our server was extremely nice and took time with us even though it was busy. There were a few really well behaved dogs out on the patio and the servers made sure to bring water to them at the owners request, as well! Tl;dr : Legal Remedy was an amazing to go eat and drink, and we'll definitely be going back!

We decided to stop by yesterday to have a late Valentine's Day celebration (and first-time visit to LRB), and it was just wonderful! Our server, Alex, was very patient with our extended amount of ordering time, and the beers we tried were beyond tasty! The food was phenomenal (we ordered the fried pickles - YUM - my boyfriend tried The Judge - talk about an epic sandwich - and I tried the fish & chips). It's so exciting to have such a great spot sourcing from so many local farms and establishments for many ingredients, and as someone who's seen enough IPAs for awhile, it's super awesome to have a great variety of different and experimental beers. The sitting area in the back by the brewing vats was super chill, and the music was on point. Thanks for a great experience; can't wait to come out in the summertime as well!🤗🍻

recently visited Legal Remedy and would like to share my dining experience with you. Considering three important aspects: Food Quality, Service, and Cleanliness, here's my review.

Food Quality: 3/5 Legal Remedy offered a decent range of menu options; however, the execution of the dishes left something to be desired. While some items were enjoyable, others lacked the depth of flavor I had expected. The presentation of the food was visually appealing, but the taste didn't leave a lasting impression. While the food was satisfactory, it fell short of meeting the high standards I had anticipated.

Service: 1/5 The service at Legal Remedy was highly disappointing. Throughout my visit, the staff appeared disinterested and inattentive. One notable incident was when the food server brought out the main courses together with the salad and appetizers, all at the same time. This timing was completely off, resulting in a lack of attention to the dining experience. To add to the disappointment, the compensation offered for the inconvenience—a mere $10 deduction on an $80 bill—felt inadequate and failed to address the service lapse appropriately.

Cleanliness: 2/5 In terms of cleanliness, Legal Remedy did not meet my expectations. Although the tables and seating areas were relatively clean, there was a glaring issue that affected my dining experience. The air conditioner above one of the tables was leaking condensate, which dripped onto the table and its occupants. This not only raised hygiene concerns but also created discomfort for those affected. The staff's unawareness or lack of prompt action regarding this issue further diminished the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.

In conclusion, my experience at Legal Remedy left much to be desired. The food quality was average, failing to deliver the expected flavor profiles. The service was highly disappointing, with the food server's mishap and inadequate compensation adding to the frustration. The cleanliness of the establishment was marred by the significant issue of condensate dripping from the air conditioner. Considering these factors, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend Legal Remedy, as there are other dining options in the area that provide better food quality, service, and...

got there yesterday asked for 2 beers and where to sit. the lady seating people told us where ever outside ...so we did.!!! its a brewery !!!but 10 min into us enjoying our beers a young girl came by saying we were not allowed in her section cause we didn't order our beers from her !!told her the hostess seating people said it was ok. and the bartender ...but we were told to leave!!i exactly why we asked first!! but honestly thought it was wierd it is a patio with picnic benches not the taj mahal !!! and it was pretty empty !!!multiple empty tables everywhere ,and it is a freaking brewery if the wanna be a restaurant then don't advertise to be a brewery.!!! !!!btw we did move to another approved spot again by the host !!!and was asked to move again !!!!so no we will never go back ..mind you we are in several brewery tours.!!! done over 100 in ohio and never has this happened!!btw the place was maybe 25 percent full and nobody sat at the table that their waitress kicked us out of !!i was gonna leave her a tip after she whined that its a money table for her... but not after being kicked out of her section anyways!!such a stupid setup for a brewery not crowd friendly at all.. apperantly they forgot to tell us its all assigned seating except for the Adriatic chairs according to the rude waitress ...which is like maybe 5 chairs in direct sun...which is ridiculous!!!! I get skin cancer another reason btw we chose shade and asked if the table was ok to sit at !!!!...they..should teach the waitress to get all info first.!!!! which we did tell her that the host said it was ok..but still was asked to leave by her ..and that empty table.!!! she should of got manager to find out why were told it was ok to sit anywhere .!!!....but no they weren't done ,,the hostess moved us to another table that was not allowed !!...such unorganized hot mess ...so by now we are being stared at by customers... cause they probably thought we did something wrong .....because guess what????we had to move again !!! its too bad the beer was good ,but service was bad!!!between the dizzy host and rude waitress ...def wasn't a good...

Legal Remedy is located just outside the main street of downtown Rick Hill. we like to take our kids to the children's museum, then come by here for a bite to eat and a brew. I've been half a dozen times now and feel I can give an honest review. I'm having a hard time deciding if I should give 3 or 4 stars, I'll give it 4 because the beer selection is large and all of the beers are delicious. Also, the food there is awesome! Think smoked meats and fried moon pies for dessert (paired with the white chocolate stout...omg!). All sounds great, right? So why the debate over 3 stars? Here we go:. I was really impressed with this brewpub our first visit. Everything was great, from service to food to drinks. The second time started out well, but the server forgot about us half way through our meal. We would have had another beer, but he was gone for so long and we had kids with us, so we had to go. The third visit left a poor taste in my mouth, figuratively. I ordered a kid meal for my son and I was asked if he wanted chips or fries. I ordered him fries to go with his $6 grilled cheese. Then I ordered a sandwich and was asked what i wanted for my side. I ordered green beans. Fast forward to receiving my bill. I was charged $1 for his french fry 'upgrade' and $2 for my green beans. Apparently all dishes only come with chips and everything else is an upcharge. The server failed to tell me this, nor do I recall seeing this on the menu (maybe I missed it?), but the kids menu definitely reads 'talk sides with your parents' not 'chips are free, we'll charge you for anything else'. While I probably wouldn't have changed my order if I'd known about the extra charges, it really upset me that the server never said anything about it and offered up other options like they were all equal. It's unfortunate that the service, or lack thereof, is bringing this...
