11/11 Crispy Chicken & Burgers - Roseville — Restaurant in Roseville

Stay with me for a minute, this is lengthy.

Think back: when, was the last time that you had a burger, where you could taste the meat; not a ton of seasonings trying to cover up a lower quality beef, but the actual flavor of the beef? Well, if you miss that taste, treat yourself to a burger here; because that high end quality burger, is what you'll get here at 11/11. These patties (excuse me a moment, I need to get napkin just typing about them) taste better than a lot of the high dollar steaks that I've had in restaurants from East coast to West coast to Third coast. Now, if you get their House Chips, be ready, because you'll never want fries again. And don't get me started on the caramel and raspberry Rozana's Sweet Bites; because if their burgers and house chips didn't give you a foodgasm, prepare yourself, because one bite of these, will have you hearing Barry White singing ~ never gonna give you up, I'm never, ever gonna stop. Not the way I feel about you. Sweet Bites, I just can't live without you.

I want to give a monstrous THANK YOU!, to the staff who where here tonight, you all were absolutely energetically amazing! When I asked if you where on a break, because I didn't want to interrupt your break time if you where, and you told me: "No, we where just waiting for you". you won me over right there; thank you.

Tell me people, what staff, of ANY establishment, that you've ever been to, has EVER greeted you that way? I'm beting none have.

Visited for the first time for lunch. I ordered a 6 piece of the whole wings, Mac and cheese, and the Smokehouse Chicken sandwich combo. Trying to taste a few different things. The wings really blew me away. Most places that sell whole wings, you get something that's mini sized, but these wings were massive. These were bigger than the ones I buy from the meat section in Kroger to make at home. They were juicy, crispy, and very flavorful. I didn't get any sauce, but honestly I wasn't mad about it. For the price, those were definitely so worth it. They were made fresh as well. The Mac and cheese was good. Had a nice seasoning to it and it was very creamy. The sandwich, I was thinking would be a little crispier, but it was still pretty good. Everything was fresh and hot. Those wings though were the shining moment for me. The service was very good and quick.

Me and my coworkers decided to try a new spot for lunch today and decided to go with this establishment, we ordered about $40 worth of food the original order was: Two grilled chicken Salads one with an extra egg and a 6 piece wing with a side of fries and a sprite. We even asked the associate to repeat the order back to us to ensure it was correct , he was a bit rude about it but agreed and read it back perfectly . My coworker went to pick up our order and when he came back with our food I did not have any fries and no sauce for my wings in addition to the wings already being super soggy and undercooked?? Anywhere you order buffalo wings it comes with a ranch or some form of dipping sauce on the side . When we called they stated that sauce does not come with the wings and that the fries were not on the receipt even though he repeated them back to us when we placed the order. He was very rude with my coworker and even threatened to call the police if he returned because we are upset about the missing items...
