Salad and Go — Restaurant in Sachse

First time trying this place out and I loved it! I had made my order and payed online ahead of time, but once I got to the window they unfortunately couldn’t locate my order and had to remake/make it. (Which wasn’t a problem at all. I’ve worked service industry for 10+ years and understand sometimes things just happen.) What I was impressed by was how they quickly bounced back and the little time it took to receive my order despite there being a long line of customers, and even then that line was moving so fast! Is it the best salad in the world? Not at all, but still really great and I didn’t feel like I gained 10 pounds as I usually do after eating fast food! 😅 For the good portions, fresh ingredients, EXTREMELY affordable prices (seriously! I think even McDonalds is more expensive, but this place is a million times healthier.), fast service, kind employees, and convenient location I think this is gonna be mine and my husband’s new go-to when we want something quick and healthy that won’t break the bank! I really hope this...

Been coming to this location for about a month now and everytime I order my salad I asked them if I can get bacon bits in replace of my chicken and they do it all the time no questions asked. Today I ordered the same thing but this time the manager lady took my order and she said really rude to me that they do not do that here. I'm like huh. I told her I've been coming here the past few weeks 3-4 times a week and they do it every time. She said well I will have to charge you for the bacon and either way you still have to pick a protein and bacon is not a protein. That was funny to me because bacon is protein. Shows how smart she is. So I said forget it...I'm outta here. Salad and Go...you just lost a good repeat customer all because of your managers ignorance. I definitely do not recommend...

Let me start off with saying that before these past two experiences, I really loved this place. I was ordering the Caprese salad atleast twice a week, and when the autumn one came out... just delicious. Well yesterday when I ordered the autumn salad in a wrap, it was full of sweet potatoes and just two brussel sprouts, no chicken, no added mozarella that I paid for, and a clump of parmesan cheese. Today I really wanted a caprese wrap... it had no chicken wich was weird.. anyway, midway through my wrap THERE WAS A DEAD LADYBUG on my wrap... to tell you I was disappointed is an understatement. I dont know if its the workers or what but the inconsistency sucks when your craving...
