Juicilicious — Restaurant in Salem

Love this place but have to say i was extremely disappointed today. Running around doing errands today needed small "clean" treat to meet my macros for the day before my 4pm cut off from eating. I dont trust alot of places but i do trust Juicilicious. Needed some protien. Go to get a shake and they tell me "we are out of protien hopefully be getting more tommorow " 🤦‍♂️

A place that sells amazing juices and protien shakes should never run out of protien. With an order coming in tommorow wouldnt it make sense to run out and grab some to meet the needs of your customers until the order comes in?

Notice i gave 5 stars all around but maybe they can use this as a wake up call. Still love the place but hopefully this was a one time hiccup. Mutiple people in line ahead of me disappointed and one behind me. That was just in the 10 min i was there. I have to imagine many other customers had the same disappointment...

Food is inconsistent at best. Customer service has always been questionable but because it’s the only place like it around I kept giving it more chances. Today I placed a pick up order over the phone for 2 smoothies and an acai bowl. First time I called it sounded like the phone was in the blender. Second time I wasn’t sure if I dialed the correct number because the person answering just said “hello”. I was told 20 minutes for my order. I walked in 15 minutes later to an empty store and one of the employees BRAIDING HER HAIR. When I gave them my name they looked cluelessly into the freezer and told me it would just be “2 more minutes.” When I saw the other employee pick up a blender I knew they hadn’t even started on my order and it would be much longer. Love this place! I was so sad when I tried to come here several weeks ago and it was closed, but I saw the sign that it was opening under new management, so I kept an eye out for when that would happen. Tried the new Juicilicious today and I was greeted with a smile by the new owner as I entered.🙂 Love the new expanded menu. I had the Bohemian breakfast wrap on a gluten free wrap and an iced coffee with coconut milk and cacao power. Delicious! Perfect breakfast right after the gym. So glad that they kept the original Juicilicious items as well... smoothies, smoothie bowls, juices, etc. If you used to be a Juicilicious addict like I was, you will not be disappointed! I am hoping they add more gf options like gluten free bagels and muffins in the future. Overall...
