Ordered on Uber eats for a scheduled delivery and they prepped my order so early my ice cream, whipped cream and brownie for their Sunday was destroyed. The brisket is greasy and yet somehow dry, everything is cold. The box my brownie was in was crushed. There was fudge drizzle all over EVERYTHING in my bag, rendering the utensils useless for they weren't wrapped at all and my napkin is now wasted. I. Sure the food would have been better fresh, but to have a crushed box in my bag full of sweet stuff dripping everywhere on my hotel room floor, I expected much better care for my items. The crushed box could have happened in transit but fully.liquified whipped cream and ice cream bagged IN THE SAME BAG AS MY BRISKET is absolutely NOT OKAY! Edit: i spent 6 years working fast food, 2 of them in a managerial position, this is entirely the restraints fault for prepping the order too early and allowing g a whole hour to pass by before my Uber driver picked it up. The rate food needs to be served before reaching a temperature danger zone of very questionable levels is within a 15-20 minute window, and with my experience working g 3 years in an ice cream and dairy store, everyone knows you prep the ice cream LAST! like within 3 minutes of the Uber pick up! This place has horrendous time management and the audacity of them blaming a customer with actual experience in the field calls for termination of that associate! It's not my fault you guys can't time out an order that had a scheduled delivery so it's hot on arrival much less still frozen for the frozen items.

Update: Been here a second time now, they seem to ALWAYS be out of chicken. Haven’t been ordering at odd hours, even early by some standards. The food is still good, but super frustrating to have an order that said it was available online rejected every single time. I’ve only been here once, but it was frankly a lot better than I expected. It might look like a Denny’s knockoff from the outside, and also from the inside, but the food doesn’t reflect these facts. Unfortunately they were out of the chicken that we ordered (apparently this is pretty common), so we got some wings and a 1/4 instead. Way, way way way better than I thought they’d be. The skin was fantastically crispy, the meat was tender and moist, and both rub and the sauce were great. We also got a 1/2 pound of brisket and pulled pork. It was admittedly a little dry, especially the brisket but it was acceptable by most SLC standards. With the exception of the cornbread, which came out similarly dry, all of the other sides were fantastic. The coleslaw wasn’t exceptional by any means, but it was good. The sweet potato fries were soggy, but we ordered takeout so that’s to be expected. The mashed potatoes and gravy and collard greens were great! Highly recommend! Overall, it’s better than it looks, but it’s not the sort of thing that’ll blow your mind. Bottom line, get here early, and get the chicken.

Original: We ordered online to pick up at 6:45 tonight and had many issues. I arrived close to 7 to pickup the food and they said there were still several others ahead of me so it would be another 20 minutes. I asked they call me when it was ready, but after 25 minutes and no call I went back. Then they told me that my ticket had been thrown out and they would take care of it now. Upon arriving home, there were several wings with 10+ hairs on them and the Bleu cheese was solid mold. Although the other elements we hesitantly ate were tasty, we were disappointed with our experience. Update: After the owner reached out to me, I responded and we talked about my experience. He apologized for the poor performance of his staff and assured me they have implemented new policies to prevent this from happening again. I look forward to seeing these changes and appreciate his honesty.
