Horrible customer service. I went to pick up a mobile order and one they didn’t provide any of the condiments I asked for and 2 the slushes were completely horrible. I got home to check and the slush was completely white with the strawberry syrup in a small puddle on the top. I had called and was told I can go back (didn’t ask for my order number or my name which was odd). I then get there and the employee tried to lie and tell me their slush and ice cream machine was broken and said I could replace it with a soft drink. Yet when I told him I just called not even 5 minutes ago and was told to come back he had no response then what I’m assuming is the manager in a black shirt came out, took my drinks back, didn’t even ask what they were nor needed my receipt (again odd) and also didn’t even apologize or anything. He came back and the slushes looked like they had tried to be mixed, still had no flavor and one of the slushes were wrong. I had called when I got home again and when they answered they had the radio full blast. I then asked to speak with the manager and whoever it was said it was them. I then asked for a name and he refused to give me that. Says he was not at “liberty” to give that information. Cmon, you’re the manager yet can’t give that out?? I said I would call cooperate and he didn’t seem to even care about that. I expected more compassion out of someone who’s supposed to be in charge. It’s pretty sad.
