entered the restaurant with my wife in a great mood and left in a TERRIBLE mood and didn’t even get anything to eat because of the interaction I had. Her name was Salia and some other white girl. My wife asked for a pizza for my little sister and we had a slight change in choices and when we said we didn’t want the pizza anymore her words were “ Well I already put everything on it” with attitude in her voice so I gave it right back to her and told her well then put it in the oven I guess. She could’ve simply said okay mam and save it in the fridge for someone else. She was being dramatic and made a huge deal over nothing. Still giving attitude slamming the oven door etc.. Then made another comment saying to the other lady “ dang I think we work very well together “ like if I needed her sarcasm right in front of us. People need to realize little things like that can ruin someone’s day. The other lady still made a comment as we left and said “ hope your day gets better “. An acknowledgment to the interaction they gave us was unnecessary. I will never be returning to this location and will continue to share my experience to others about people like salia that made me almost want to jump over the counter and make everything myself. Read moreOrdered delivery through the app, they apparently work with DoorDash. Driver got there to pick up said order within 5 mins, order was supppsed to be ready within 10-15. Tell me why the driver was there waiting for over 30 minutes!!!!! Then they told him they couldn’t find it. 10 mins after I should have received said order, driver calls me to say they told him they didn’t make it because they ran out of pizza. Never once thought to contact the customer to inform me of this so I can either ask for a replacement item or refund the money they already took out from my account. I give the driver my request for the replacement item, and they only sent him with half my order! Then when I call the store to speak to a manager, the little girl that answered gives attitude, says it’s the drivers fault and denies me the manager’s name, her name and proceeds to hang up on me. Thankfully her coworker James saved her job and resolved the issue but my husband had to come back across town to pick up the rest of my order....

This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway. I waited over 20 minutes just to place my order, even though the line was short. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed and disorganized.
When I finally got my sandwich, it was all wrong — wrong bread, wrong toppings, and they even added things I specifically said I didn’t want. But the absolute dealbreaker? I found a long hair inside the sandwich. That is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of cleanliness.
While waiting, I overheard one of the workers quietly saying that the manager is extremely unprofessional and is the reason for how chaotic things are. Apparently, they’re forced to work in disorganized conditions with no proper support or leadership.
This place is a mess, literally and figuratively. Do yourself a favor and eat...
