Went to this buffet while staying at the hotel with my family. The server brought a receipt that counted my kid as an adult. I was waiting to receive a new one for 15 minutes until Jacqueline Zaragoza, the supervisor, came to our table. But she rudely started asking our kids how old they are as if interrogating and even though she knew the server had made a mistake, she never apologized. I told her, "I thought you would at least say sorry", but she didn't. I asked her to bring her boss, Mariko Yao. The menu is lacking in options and is absurdly overpriced.

I opted for the breakfast table buffet which was $40/person. The food was absolutely horrible.

The eggs are not fresh- they are made from a carton and taste like cardboard. The breakfast potatoes are undercooked and lack any flavour. The chicken sausages have an unsettling aftertaste and the coffee tastes like dog water. The “fresh baked croissants” are stale and clearly days old.

Honestly food this bad at a hotel of this standing is outrageous. 0/10 would not recommend.
