#mcdonalds The worst customer experience I had in years. I had orderedr an iced latte using the mobile app. I thought this would prevent messing up my order. No such luck. When I drove off with my order I thought I make mistake. I drank some of it and I start to feel funny. They put sugar in it instead of splenda. I have a medical condition which high carbs can cause me to have a low blood sugar. I had to park my car, go to my app to see what I ordered. I did ordered sugar free iced latte. I just know my drink was hot and sugary. Now, I had to drive back to the restaurant and wait on a long line. I explained the situation to the counter person. She said that it was my fault because I shouldn't have taken it if I knew it was the wrong drink. I told her I should have got the right drink because the order was entered correctly on the mobile ordering app. She said that there's nothing she can do about it. I explained it a couple of times because I thought there was a language barrier because she was putting Spanish words with English words. I got fed up with her attitude and her trying to make me look stupid and talking down to me. I told her yes she can do something. She could get me the manager. She walked away saying something in Spanish that I didn't really understood. When I saw someone who looked like they had sense and assumed correctly it was the manager. She was polite and understanding. She made the coffee as it was ordered. I did ask her to speak to the counter person because she was very rude and demeaning. There is another McDonald's of according to Maps and I might venture there next time I have something in this area of San Jose. I do give Krudos to the manager. Especially since she has to manage pieces of s* employees...
Read moreAbsolute horrible manager and employee here. I order my food on McDonald App. The manager claim that she didn't have my order, and refuse to help me at the drive through. I park my car walk into the restaurant and they still claim that they don't have the order after I show them my receipt and confirmation code. Then I tell them I want my money back. I paid my food with my Apple pay, and I barely have cash and credit card with me. The manager suddenly find my order and pull out cash drop it on the table and ask me to leave. I tell her I need the money back into my card, I don't use cash. And they called cops on me. What a joke. And I call the owner of this McDonald And he was saying I was being unreasonable. There are couple way the manager or the employee can solve this problem. 1 check my receipt And confirm code at window and bring out the food. 2 ask me to park on court side and send the food out when it's ready. 3 When I walk in, find my order and bring the food out. 4 tell me if I don't do anything, the money would be back to my account. They just refuse to help and call the cops on me and the owner just refuse to admit they didn't handle the situation correctly. Ritch I KNOW YOU ARE READING THIS. Read moreI can see why this store only has three stars.if I could give zero I would. I had a terrible experience this morning when I decided to go through the drive thru. I had told my order to the lady that was taking the orders and everything seemed okay until I pulled up to the window to receive my items. I received the wrong smoothie, and although it was a simple mistake that could’ve had an easy resolution, the lady by the name of ‘Jasmine’ who was wearing a grey shirt, probably a manger says that ‘no you ordered a strawberry banana smoothie’ then proceeds to turns to her colleague and says ‘didn’t she say she was wanted a strawberry banana smoothie, now she’s changing it up’ in Spanish presuming I wouldn’t understand her. From the way she was speaking to her colleague, I found it extremely unprofessional. From then on when I received the rest of my order I was missing two items that I had to mention to her which she failed to acknowledge what I said and asked the lady she was talking to if she provided my muffins which she then had to hand off to me in a very rude way.
