Now, as i write this review, I'd like you to know that i have not yet been to Japana or any part of Asia but Sarku Japan's Teriyaki chicken has to be one of the best i have had. It also helps that ever since I was a teen, there was an awesome super friendly employee by the name of Strawberry who used to give out samples of the chicken all the time. The chicken is always fresh and hot, and the price point is still fair compared to the rising cost of food in the bay area. I used to only get the white rice, but I recently tried the fried rice and was not disappointed. Don't forget to ask for extra sauce! I rated the atmosphere low because Valley Fair is always busy, and I, for one, dont enjoy it, especially since you have to pay for parking if there for longer than two hours. Read more4/14/2018 - afternoon time around 3pm - Westfield Valley Fair Mall - I paid for double meat but received only single meat. Not only that, their cook misbehaved with me when I just asked him if my food was double meat. This japanese cook was rude as hell and doesn't deserve to be a server/cook anywhere coz hes going to spit in your food. The cook just vanished when I went there to complain. I complained the manager that his cook was misbehaving and the manager just smiled and said that he will talk to him. As soon as I left the manager was seen making fun of the incident with his co-workers - I took a picture then. The guy smiling is the Manager and his co-worker seen laughing. Wish I had taken a picture of my food to show you. DONT GO HERE! Save yourself and have american food or thai food but NOT...
Read moreI was hungry and decided to have dinner. I ordered beef with noodles. I stood and watched - the meat could not have been cooked in time, it just got a crust, but was not ready inside. Chewable like a cork! The noodles are neutral, more no than yes. I did not finish the meat. I hope there will be no problem with the stomach. First and last time👎 They just gave me a plate, this plastic food in a bag, they didn't put it in, I had to ask for a bag myself, the bag is on the other side, where I ordered it, you have to go back. They also don't put cutlery, I had to ask for napkins - they don't even display them, so I could at least take them myself along with the bag and cutlery. Strange service. In the end, I paid about $16 for a bowl of noodles with greens, but I'm not a vegetarian and can't eat...
