Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in San Luis

I would rate this place a - stars .. I gave it 3 times a chance and third one is the sharm ... on those three visits I went. As it shows on menue on line you belive they will have what they promote ...Nope every time I went to try something other then a burger ..hmm nope we don't have that ..thats their reply and still I asked for a different item and nope just burgers and still you can hear them getting upset ...noo only in the morning and it was around 10am . So second visit asked for nachos and Noo only in the morning ...and third visit ...I'll take a big cheese burger ...there reply ..Angus burger no cheese burger....ok got home ..lol Angus burger .. I payed for a cheese burger but I guess they had that Angus one extra .and cold ...so someone should give attention to that place and make sure the meals are up to date ..that makes me drive little further to get better service and what we're all want ...bad place and...

I regularly visit this location via their drive thru and always have a wonderful experience. The young lady at the window is typically the same one (muchachita con pelo rojo) and she has a warm smile and kind voice. This is my favorite Carl’s Jr! The food is always delicious, I’m always in and out quickly and overall just receive great customer service. Keep up the great work...

Usually I like to order food through an app because it's ready by the time I get there. Well, this was not the case. I placed my order and it was supposed to be ready in 10min.
