Boy's Hamburgers #6 — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Upon first glance appears to be a typical grease pit but as we ordered we were treated very well and we were very impressed after they brought the food to our table. We bought a deal on Groupon not knowing what to expect and figured we would end up with some mediocre burgers but what we got was some of the tastiest Mexican food we've had in quite a while! The portions are huge and the food quality is far better than you would ever exspect at the low prices they charge. We had the Deluxe Nachos (the works), a huge pile of meat and everything they got piled high, and we also had the Burrito Enamorado, this thing is huge, a very different taste filled with carne asada, shrimp, veggies, red sauce, amazing flavor! If this isn't enough food for you, try the six-footer burrito! They also have an extensive catering menu... We will definitely be...

I ordered a chicken quesadilla and I couldn't understand the lady through the drive through speaker but I repeated I just wanted a chicken quesadilla. What I got, for $9.51 was a soupy mess. The chicken was not cooked correctly, it was still pink. There was what looked like guac and sour cream all over the place, inside where huge chunks of tomato and I don't know what else. I barely saw any cheese so I don't know how it was a quesadilla. I took one bite and wanted to puke so I threw it away. I called to ask - NICELY - if i could get my money back because there was a mistake and it was not cooked and the lady blamed it on me.... horrible service. it was my first time and I will not be returning. 06.26.23 Review The quality of the food has gone down the last few visits. I usually feel like the quality matches the price, but it's been lacking lately. Paid just over $15 for a burger combo, and the meat was room temp, overcooked, and dry. Did not taste fresh of the grill at all. The temp was so low that the cheese wasn't melted. My previous order was breakfast, which included eggs over hard, I was given scrabled eggs instead. I'll give them one more go, and if it doesn't work out, I'll have to find myself a different burger spot.

Old review: Solid breakfast burritos. Always filled with good amount of meat and eggs. The salsa they give you on the side...
