Placed order on my app. I was excited because the Pizza Hut I usually go to closed and there isn’t on close to where we live so I was excited to pick it up and take it home to the family. It was supposed to be ready in 15 min so I waited until I was 15 minutes from the restaurant before I actually ordered it. Of course when I got there it wasn’t ready so I waited probably 5 minutes or so. No big deal but frustrating since I could have ordered it earlier but I didn’t want it sitting around waiting for me. When I got home 45 minutes later I was bummed to see the pizza was made wrong. Man. Bummer! Not a difficult job to pay attention to an order but whatever. The employee apologized to the lady in front of me for not being around when she came in. I guess he was in the back and didn’t hear her. He apologized to me for the pizza not being ready and then he apologized when I called and told him it was wrong. He was polite and I believe sincere but it still sucks when you’re excited to get your favorite pizza and when you get home it’s wrong. I should have looked before I left. My...

Read moreTerrible customer service!! Ordered pizza online and confirmed. After waiting an hour for delivery my wife called store to find out where our pizza was. Our answer was they lost order?? Said they would remake and send right out. So another 45 minutes go by and pizza arrives and is not fully cooked and cold. Driver did apologize for delay as they were having service issues with new employees. My wife again call store and ask to speak to a manager but none available so spoke to lead crew member. Was told he would personally make and send right out. It did arrive about 35 minutes later and was O.K. but by this time 2 1/2 hours later was not in the mood to eat.
