After being a customer for nearly two years I have now come to the point of boycott. Today I sat in the drive through line for nearly fifteen minutes, I have run into this situation on MANY accounts.

I had only one car in front of me she had been given one sandwich and one drink. When I had pulled up she reverified my order ( that's great!) then I was given a hot dirty chi and not an iced and a sandwich that was cold in the middle.

among many times having to wait both inside the building and in the dive though, having cold sandwiches, having to wait an absurd amount of time for the service i have to bid Fairwell. I would recommend having one or two people work JUST the window for when I corrected the lady at the window letting her know that the order was for an iced drink but I was not willing to wait another fifteen minutes in line, the error was clear she just stated "yeah, we had a lot of sandwiches to make"

That's fine and all that but not the customers issue! you take grate care of the customers in the building but you left two people in the line for (me) fifteen minutes and the gal before me I assume twenty for she had to wait for the person before her.

if it is to much to balance both food and drink I would look into that.

with care a person who enjoys supporting local but refuses to have bad care when it comes to coffee, food, and money.
