HORRIBLE experience. HORRIBLE customer service. The rudest people I’ve ever encountered in the food industry. I ordered a chicken burrito and over the phone I specifically asked if it was grilled chicken, the women in the phone said yes. But I guess she misunderstood me or I wasn’t clear because when received it was dark meat chicken from the thigh. When I called they immediately argued saying I was wrong and should have asked for white meat only, didn’t ask to remake it. When I went back in person to return the food the women who took my order immediately started arguing with me and then she said she would get the manager to talk about giving me a refund. Instead she came back and said “the owner asks that you never come back after we give you the refund” and I said no problem. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, go to Abby’s. Wish I could give them a 0.

PS.I wasn’t disrespectful I even told y the women I didn’t want to argue and they continued . As can see by their comment they are just rude. They want to say they offered me a stuff but they didn’t, I had to ask for the refund and they fought me on that. And I told them I would give them a bad review after being told not to...

I will never know if this place is good or not. The front door was propped open with a chair. I immediately noticed the suffocating heat when I stepped in realizing the door was open for ventilation. I walked inside and waited to be seated. There was a gentleman having dinner. I decided to go to the restroom and wash my hands. I came back out and no one was there except for the guy eating. I asked him if anyone had come out from the kitchen. He said maybe I should go to the kitchen and let them know I was there. It started giving me Alfred Hitchcock movie vibes. At that point I decided to leave. The only thing I have to go by as far as the quality of the food are the scraps remaining on the gents plate. There wasn’t much left. Order takeout from this restaurant for the first time tonight. Chips and salsa were good. Chips were plentiful and thin and crispy and the salsa was chunky and juicy. I just wish they gave more salsa as we had excess chips and not enough salsa. Barbacoa chimichanga burrito was delicious and very filling. Pulled pork sliders as an appetizer were good too. Maduros were delicious. Apple empanadas were absolute favorite will definitely be ordering years with every order in the future. Only disappointing food item were the chicken tostadas. These are a staple for me at every Mexican restaurant I visit. I know each restaurant makes them different. I just didn’t prefer they were the way they were made here. This restaurant made them with chunks of grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, and shredded cheese. Overall it was a good experience. I just wouldn’t order the chicken tostadas again...
