Love the New York style pizza and the rest of it is okay. On the plus side, there is a TON of seating, much more than there was in the early 2000s, but there are practically no games there anymore. The play gym that I onced played on with my cousins when I was a child is long gone leaving no outlet for kids to expel excess energy, and there is maximum only two of some games so kids can't play with a bunch of friends at once. Dave and Buster's is infinitely better for game selection, but the benefit to increasing seating so much and reducing the amount of games so severely is that it is much easier to carry on a conversation and catch up with people here.

I took my son here on the weekend to escape the summer heat. The pizza here was alright but my son really wanted to play the arcade games. The arcade is very small which was disappointing. My son loved what games they had but we were really limited on what games were available. We spent about an hour here and we pretty much went through everything. If they double or even triple the amount of games here I’d consider coming back but this place isn’t what it used to be back when I went here in the 90’s & 00’s.

Well, all Peter Piper Pizzas might be more or less the same. What makes the difference is the people running the site. There is a wonderful energetic and genuin lady called Silver who made this place much more lovelier and worth visit. She was so helpful to get me her own phone charger to help me save the day as my phone was dying and still had to give the kids a quality day. THANK YOU Silver for being so kind!

This was the WORST experience and the worst employees/manager I have ever delt with. They have a new play place that we asked about when we got there and we were told that the kids could play as long as an employee was available to watch. We waited until after eating and playing (over $75 worth of food and play cards) to follow up about playing in the play place. We were then told it was $10 per kid (after our kids had gotten excited that we said they would be able to go in after eating). We have three 4 year olds and a 6 year old so we had to pay $40 for the toddlers to play in a SMALL play place. Then, I looked over to see a man physically removing my daughters glasses from her face about 2 min after they went in. I ran over and told him that she needs her glasses to see. They are a much needed prescription and she cannot see without them. I was told that it was their policy. So I clearly got upset and asked to talk with a manager. The "manager" then came over and further explained her glasses were a LIABILITY risk. Are you kidding me?!?!  They are strapped onto her head and made of plyable plastic. She has worn them in every bounce place, gymnastics class, skateboard class, rock climbing and literally every play place imaginable. I have NEVER been told my child can't wear her glasses. Not only that, but the issue should have been discussed upfront and absolutely should be brought to the PARENT. He should have never pulled my kids glasses off her face. While I was talking to the manager, my other daughter came up in a panic to get her small necklace off because she was told she had to remove it to continue playing. I then demanded my money back and said we had to leave. As the manager proceeded to hand me $10 back, I said I need the money back for ALL 4 kids because now we ALL have to leave because I am not going to have my kid play without the glasses that she needs to see. He rolled his eyes and said "then why did you even bother paying for them to play in the first place". BECAUSE WE THOUGHT WE WERE GOING TO BE ABLE TO PLAY! The way things were handled is completely unacceptable and the environment is very uncomfortable. If you plan to go here, be ready to remove glasses and all jewelry and have a guy standing and staring at your children from the entrance while telling them not to do anything that could possibly have any potential risk. I still had more than half the play time left on our card but after being treated the way we're were, and having the manager proceed to yell out sarcastically as we were trying to gather our stuff to "have a nice day" in an extremely condescending way. The customer service is absurd and I will definitely not be back and will proceed with filing...

RUDE STAFF MEMBER AND NONCOMMITTAL MANAGER! I went into the store yesterday around 4 o clock and was going to the prize section to talk to the worker if it was possible to buy a bag of candy. When I asked the employee that was working he said he would ask his manager. He came back and said it wasn't possible to do that which I understood knowing that it was most likely against corporate policy I asked the employee working the prize center that I was headed to a funeral in an hour for a loved one and we used to come here as kids and he loved that type of candy that I couldn't find in any other store and the younger employee totally interrupted me and said "I don't want to hear your sob story bro" and I was in shock and I responded with "that is crazy you would say that I would like to speak to your manager". The younger employee went to the back to grab the manager, the manager and the employees around him all mainly in their 30s continued to look at me. Never approaching me or resolving the issue. Waiting 5 minutes of us awkwardly looking at each other before I decided I was never going to be satisfied and get an answer from a manager that is what his job description is to do resolve situations. I was super frustrated by the younger employee when my family member that just passed away to tell me he doesn't care about my "sob story" and the manager who...

My oh my how times change. A once family fun and friendly place is now nothing but a miserable experience. Whoever thought hiring this current manager was a good idea must have never actually met him, or he's got to be the owners son. He just lurks the whole time ready and overly willing to swoop in and cancel fun at the very sight of it. We were literally the only people there, and we couldn't go in the play structure with our 2 year old daughter at all. Then we got yelled at for needing special socks on top of already buying a birthday package. After that we got yelled at for needing a bracelet on a 2 year old who obviously kept taking it off and we kept having to explain to teens who work there who can't even drive yet probably why my 2 year old won't keep on a paper bracelet. Finally, after being talked down to so much that our kids didn't even want to play on it anymore, a few other families showed up and went in the play structure just to also get yelled at, and I kid you not I thought the manager was grabbing a tape measure to check a little kids height the way he stormed over. Finally, we went over to use our 30 minutes of unlimited arcade time, and half of the machines were broken. We won't ever go back again, at the very least, to that location. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with that guy and save your kids from a wasted...
