My cashier lovely girl (her name started with a "N" I believe. I was going to ask how to pronounce but we were side tracked laughing. When it came time for my drink and 1 heated item (premade). I waited longer than 9 other people who came after me. After a few people (that came after me) got their orders (Food & drinks!) I got my hot meal, but no drink. This was a very simple drink with no extra/substitution. I waited a few minutes longer and watched 4 other people get their hot/cold-blended drinks. I walk up and spoke to Christin she says "yea you're waiting on "drink" im wrapping that up right now" (as she hands off 1 drink and starts another. She then sets my drink down and I hear her say "frap" but she didn't say my name so I look around and a few people went up to check. After a few minutes she then looks at the name then looks at me and yells "-my name-". Did I offend someone by smiling? Is this normal? Am I overreacting? A lot of people (including all the other staff members) were smiling at me. Maybe this wasn't the time for "good vibes" and happiness 🤷🏿♀️. She called out every one else's name very nicely and sweet. It was slightly busy but they all received their items rather quickly. I ended up being one of the last customers of the day. I was ahead of the foot traffic, watched it all and ended the tail end of it, all with a simple order. When I went to throw away my garbage I looked up at her, and she rolled her eyes....

The McDonald's of coffee in the ultimate tourism food court (don't get me wrong, there's good stuff in The Armory but it's clearly tourist focused) is not going to be the cute/soulful/relaxing/friendly coffee shop in your neighborhood that you stop into for a minute between home and work as much to take a break from the traffic as to get something to drink or a snack. Nope, this is basically a very large coffee stand, in a very large eating area, and you should expect as much.
Also "we can't guarantee anything here is vegan"... Fine, I get it, same equipment and all, but it does feel a bit like they could try harder and at least be clear on whether the ingredients are from animal products. But as I...
Read moreI would give it zero stars if possible. I stayed in line 20 minutes on a busy weekend which is fine with me. The problem was the taste of my drinks. I know how a Frappuccino JavaChip is supposed to taste - it's my favorite Starbucks drink. It wasn't the case here, I could only feel the taste of the crushed ice with a strong coffee flavor. Also their blender doesn't work - I got 2 venti cups of coffee flavored ice that was big enough to be impossible to drink. I realize they have plenty of tourists walking in and may run out of supplies, just say so then - I don't wan't a crappy drink. A waste of my money - I don't recommend this Starbucks to any...
