I'll keep a running log here with dates. 9/13 Im starting to believe it's the company's objective to always leave out one item so they can cut costs. 7/24 ordered a double cheeseburger no pickles, receipt to confirm, got home and it's a double bacon cheeseburger with pickles. Due to religious reasons I do not consume pork. This sandwich went into the trash. 7/18 5 meals all somewhat customized with no pickles or no onion. Tell me when they all made with pickles. And what's up with the sandwiches in a bag? Y'all now throw them in there on their sides and the sandwiches are sloppy and messed up. I like the bags but put them in there flat. 7/8 out of 4 meals I was missing a drink and fries. 6/16 they messed up again. How can you get Chili Cheese fries wrong? It's had no cheese sauce, instead they used shredded cheese. 6/4/24 I'll keep this short. Long wait times over 45 mins, inaccurate order and ruder managers. My order has been wrong multiple times and management always argues with me. I'm sorry but I order the same thing almost everytime, you're messing it up not me. Please just apologize and fix the issues and then talk to your staff about checking the orders. Also, no one should have to wait this long even on rush hour. People are leaving without their food and not getting a refund or trying to get a refund and then being denied. Also, the inside of the store and floor is filthy, drinks spilled close to drink station, fries on the floor and some stepped on, dirty tables and no one cleaning them. This is poor management of this location. I have reached out to corporate. Please someone contact me back as this needs to be...
Read moreI will not be returning to Freddy’s in Sherman. How can a business openly advertise desserts, list the ingredients, and then serve customers something entirely different? To put it plainly, it’s dishonest. I paid $19 for three desserts (pictured), and what I received was incomplete and disappointing.
There were no maraschino cherries, no hot fudge, no whipped cream—core ingredients that were clearly advertised. The pumpkin concrete shake contained none of the pumpkin pie filling it promised, and the Oreo dessert had barely any Oreos & no cherry. My husband hasn’t been feeling well, and I specifically stopped here hoping to brighten his day. Instead, I came home frustrated, feeling cheated out of what I paid for.
There was no line, no rush, and yet the order was still wrong. Even the person who took the order seemed disengaged, as if they didn’t want to be there.
I enjoy supporting local businesses, but not ones that operate without care or integrity. These desserts should not look this sad—especially at this price point. Next time, I’ll be going to Menchie’s, where at least I know I’ll get what I’m paying for.
What’s more disappointing than a ruined dessert experience? A business that doesn’t value its customers that help keep...
Read moreI'd be remiss if I didn't leave a positive review for this particular location. It was my very first time trying Freddy's and found myself curious about it, so I confess that I am bit biased here based on my experience. When I went in and ordered, I found out unfortunately that I didn't have enough to cover the cost of the meal when I went to pay. I just got the original burger meal with fries, so I figured it was no big deal, didn't want to make a fuss, and I'd just come back another time. When I went to offer back the cup the gentlemen at the counter handed me for the drink, he insisted it was fine to take it and the staff were kind enough to comp the meal for me, completely unprompted. Needless to say I was a tad surprised by this and appreciated the offer, so again, I'm a bit biased in my rating.
The burger was a little mushy, but tasted good, and the fries, though a smaller cut than I was expecting, were fresh, crispy, and hot. It's safe to say I will be coming back to this location in the future, and hopefully I remember to check my bank balance first before...
