I'd give this place zero stars if I could. I have never had worse service in my life! The first time my family and I went the waitress forgot that we were even seated in her section, closed the section and never came back to check on us. We waited patiently for about 45 minutes before going and asking about the rest of our food, our check, and to go containers. We had to ask another employee for all of these things, then ask to speak to the manager. The manager was very apologetic and gave us a bunch of gift cards to use on our next visit to the restaurant. When we inquired if there would be a problem using these gift cards all at once, we were told there would be no problem. So...we go back one more time to give them the benefit of the doubt about the first visit just being an "off night". Same server, same FOH manager and same terrible experience. The server was just as terrible as the first time which is saying something because this time she didn't forget about us, she just repeatedly ignored and walked right past us. When she realized that we were using gift cards for the entire meal her demeanor got even worse. She told us that we could only get $10 off of the meal period. We asked to speak to the manager Damien, as he was there and had told on the previous visit to ask for him if we had any problems and that we should come back any evening except his days off (Wednesday/Thursday), the server, Britney, told us that he couldn't be bothered. We asked to speak with any other manager and she stomped back to the kitchen and yelled, yes yelled, to Damien that we needed to talk to him. Needless to say, he never came out, we were able to use all of the gift cards, and made sure that we asked a different manager to give the entirety of the tip we left to the kitchen staff, as they were the only ones that seemingly knew how to take care of the customer. End result, never going back to the Snohomish location, ever. We still have a few gift cards as well as some free appetizer vouchers, and don't even want them. If you want terrible service, and overpriced but okay food, this is the...
Read moreWhile visiting for lunch, we waited quite sometime to be even greeted. After we were sat down by I believe her name was Patricia (at least that’s what the receipt said), she left almost immediately without showing us or handing us our menus. She came back after almost 10 minutes and asked if we wanted anything to drink. I ordered a coke my friend was still deciding. My coke was brought my friend had to ask for water. We then ordered a blue moon and a blooming onion. Took awhile to even see the blooming onion. And when it was brought to us we were not asked what we would like to eat. Patrica seemed more focused on the people she was talking to at the bar. By the time we got to order my food we had long known what we wanted. My friend specifically asked for no pink on her burger because it makes her sick. By the time we got our food we had been waiting quite awhile, finally eating my food seemed a bit cold but I didn’t care too much. My friends burger on the other hand had pink in it. And as she noticed she began feeling sick. My friend called Patrica over to ask the food to be taken back. And yes my friend did use a curse word but it was not being directed toward Patrica. At which point Patrica was was being condescending and telling her to not use foul language. Patrica left and someone else came to hand us a check and take away the mobile register, so we didn’t take the survey. This is what particularly made me mad cause I wasn’t done eating and we were going to order dessert. So I paid and we left. Honestly the worst experience I have had in snohomish county at any restaurant or bar. To be specific I don’t leave reviews unless it was really great...
Read moreThis is the second time we have been to this location in over a year, and I will think long and hard before going back…
Last night my family took my husband out for his birthday dinner at Outback Steakhouse.
Our server and his trainee were great at first, but about halfway through the meal, we couldn’t seem to get a hold of them at all. They were nowhere to be found. This resulted in our drinks not being refilled at all and my steak that was red through the center (ordered well done) not being able to be recooked. I literally had to ask 4 times for a refill on Diet Coke, and it was put in a to go cup (pictured below) as a not so subtle way of the waiter hinting that we had overstayed our welcome. By the time it was checked on about my steak that wasn’t touched, everyone else was done, so I didn’t get to eat steak and they ended up just removing it from the bill.
In my opinion, the worst part was that I tried to use my $40 in gift cards that I was given a year ago at this location due to my children and I not getting our food for 90 minutes, and I was initially told no. Apparently, they had expired. I was not told they had an expiration date when I first got them, so this was pretty shocking to me.
After a lot of back and forth with the waiter, I was eventually able to get these honored and have the $40 taken off our final bill. It was not a fun process though, and it did not make me feel like a valued patron at this establishment for a second time in a year.
So, even though I usually love Outback, I am definitely not a fan of...
