Captain D's — Restaurant in South Carolina

This restaurant need to closed down. I have already started the process of having a protest in front of the restaurant. I turned in the video to the proper people and the restaurant will be getting a fine. I am also filing a lawsuit against the restaurant for hiring neglectful employees and especially manager. I was threaten by two employees, was argued downed by the employees and the manager stood there and did nothing. I was told by the employees keyanna in front of the manager, that she doesn’t care about the job, the job need her and not the other way around. The manager still didn’t do nothing but stood there while the employee continued to be disrespectful to me and two elderly people.

Not only that, the food was disgusting and somethings like the fries wasn’t fully cooked. It seem that this restaurant values disrespectful employees, hire managers that don’t do their job or care about there job, and most definitely compromise the integrity of the business.

I will be releasing the video on several platforms, so people around Untied States and especially the citizens of South Carolina to be aware of this rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful, owner not caring or trying to fix the problem restaurant. I have seen many bad reviews on this restaurant alone and owner claiming to solve problems but nothing has been done. So when you see them on these reviews apologizing, it doesn't really mean nothing, especially when the problems remain the same.

Both employees should be terminated along with the manger who seem not to care about the job as well. The owner need to take the time to come into the business and see what neglectful employees they are hiring. I will never be a customer there again and have informed my entire hospital about the incident as well . Charges are in the making of being pressed against the two employees and manager and civil suit will be brought against the restaurant as well. I wish I could give stars based on food separate from service. Food 5 star, service 2 star at best. I posted a little over a month ago about experience at Two Notch rd, and said I would never go there again. Today we went to the one on Bush River rd. The drive thru was crowded but we decided to wait. The line moved well, and he only had a little bit of trouble getting the order straight, no big deal. We got to the window and he asked if we needed sauces. I need lots of sweet and sour sauce, I have never found anywhere else to compare with theirs. I told him lots of tartar sauce and lots and lots of sweet and sour sauce. He said ok, and then asked me to pull forward and wait, this was also no big deal. We have a wheel chair on the back of the car so we have to pull way up, this is why we use the drive thru so much. The wheel chair is to time consuming to use just to pick something up. We wait about 6 minutes, and he brings the food to the car. I asked was there tartar sauce and sweet and sour sauce in the bags and he said yes. My companion was in a lot of pain and I needed to get him to a place where he could get comfortable. When we got home, I started fixing our plates and found there were nothing in the bags but the actual food, NO SAUCES. I would prefer they just tell me the truth, lying just makes me write bad reviews.

I rated this location a one. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order to be taken at the drive thru. Then once my order was taken and repeated several times the order was still not correct. I asked the young lady multiple times to check my order to ensure it was correct. I saw her look into the boxes and she said it was exactly as I ordered. I trusted what she said just to come home to realize she gave me someone else’s food. I paid almost $30 for three meals two adults and one child and it was wrong. I would not be writing this, but then I tried to call this location based on the number on the bottom of my receipt and the message said we are sorry, this number is no longer in service. I even went to the website and tried to call from the number listed on the site, again the message says no longer in service. I could not even call to inform management of my order being in error. I live too far away. It was a 30 minute drive from the location to my house. A big disappointment tonight at...
