I have waited a week to post this since I wanted to be fair. This Chick-fil-a is on Bush River rd near Broad River rd. The flow of traffic at lunch time is ridiculous and a lot of cars do not even make it into the order line. If you go here, do not enter directly from Bush River rd, enter from the entrance to the shopping center. But be nice and let someone waiting on your left into the line, please. I get in line and move to the other side of the restaurant and it is taking forever. When I get to the other side there are 2 people taking orders, like at most Chick-fil-a's, but these 2 were waiting on the cars to get to them before taking the orders. They both appeared to hate their jobs and did not want to be doing what they were doing. It would have been faster and more pleasant to have used the electronic ordering places then communicate with the girl I gave my order to. She did a half smile when she took the order but I felt cheated in the Chick-fil-a experience. I started calling that feeling "Chick-fil-a happy" and these 2 were not "Chick-fil-a happy". They could not run the credit card so they were nothing but human order machines with little emotion. After giving my order I moved on toward the pickup window and found a gentleman who was very much "Chick-fil-a happy". He moved fast to each car, took the money or card, and returned just as quickly. I did not realize until he had said "my pleasure" the 3rd time how much I say "thank you". The food was excellent as always and because of that gentleman I left "Chick-fil-a happy". It will be a very long time before I visit this Chick-fil-a...
Read moreBy far the worst chic-fil-a experience of my life!! On top of the fact they gave me a incomplete order, they failed to prepare the food they did remember to give me to my specifications. Then when I waited back in line to get my order corrected at 10:05 the girl at the window nearly took off her Co-workers arm she closed the window so fast in our faces... after making eye contact she rudely yelled through the window they were now closed and we could come back in the morning. We yelled back through the closed window to get the manager. She left like she was and then ALL of the employees went about cleaning and drinking their drinks while laughing at us and making conversation with each other. The manager did come out of the office, but he never approached the window or looked in our direction. He just went on with his end of shift duties. So then I called the store and Nick, the manager answers, though he couldn't come to window and talk to us like the paying customers we were, and said we could call back in the morning. No remorse, no concern, no customer service. Did I mention that the car in front of me, the one the girl promptly slammed the window shut after, had to turn around and come back too because something was wrong with their order as well? I never would have expected to be treated so poorly at a Chic-fil-a. It is just not the standard that I have come to know and love. I used to favor chic-fil-a over any restaurant because of how I was usually treated when I go. But this... you are now on the same level as Wendy's. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location, if...
Read moreThe worst and slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. I’ve waited longer than 15 minutes for food while dining-in on multiple occasions- one time my ticket was completely lost and I asked 2 different people to check on it for me and it still took 10 more minutes of waiting before I finally asked for a manager to check on it (he said no one had asked him about it). Most days, the dining room is completely packed and you have to wait on a table, then they don’t keep up with cleaning the tables. I’ve sat at a dirty table (only ones available) every time I’ve eaten here. One time, I didn’t have a table to sit at yet, and when they brought me my food I told them I didn’t have anywhere to sit at (with hands completely full) and the employee said “just give me the table marker.” She took it and walked away without a care. After being fed up with dining-in, today I tried using the drive-thru. The drive-thru employees during lunchtime stand stagnant and wait for cars to pull up to them, which defeats the purpose of doing that rather than ordering at the menu board. It was the slowest drive-thru experience I’ve had at a chick-fil-A. Took half of my lunch break. I only come to this location because it’s closest to work but I’ve had so many bad experiences, it looks I won’t be eating lunch at Chick-fail-A during the work week anymore... which sucks because it’s my favorite chain restaurant. Maybe...
