Crossings Deli — Restaurant in South Carolina

Stopped here for lunch with five colleagues today. The waiter gave my food to the wrong person at the table. My colleague picked up my boxcar sandwich to put it to her mouth. Once the waiter called out her correct order my colleague placed the sandwich down to receive the correct sandwich from the waiter. The waiter then looks at me to inquire on if I ordered food. I told her yes and that SHE gave my food away to the wrong customer. She proceeds to ask me so you’re not going to eat it because she touched it? I told her yes. She proceeded to ask me the question again, and said to me well even I have to touch the plate. I responded again to make it crystal clear that she picked up the sandwich and I expected another one. She reluctantly took the sandwhich to the back where she claims to have made it again fresh. Very disappointed in the customer service today as I would expect more especially with Covid numbers rising. I’m not sure of anyone who would willingly eat food that was served to someone else, touched by someone else, and almost placed in their mouth.I will not be back after being treated so...

I was looking for a spot to get lunch that wasn’t fast food because that seems to be the only quick option for a 30 minute lunch break in the area. A coworker told me about this place so I went in a couple of weeks ago and I cannot say enough about the lady that was up front. I’m not sure if she was a manager, owner, or a server/cashier but her customer service was absolutely one of the best experiences I have ever had!! There were only a couple of men eating at a table when I walked in. I could tell that she realized that was my first time coming in and she was so helpful that it almost seemed like she was going out of her way just for me! I was in a rush to get my order and get back to work on time but I never had to explain that. She answered my questions about a couple of menu items in full detail, called my order out to be made and I was in and out very quickly! My sandwich was delicious and the red velvet cake was one of the best that I have had in a long time. I will definitely be returning for the great food and the wonderful...

Fantastic deli with a local following and no wonder! This in a tiny strip mall, but wow is it a gem. They have the most delicious, fresh food and such a different menu. The staff is super friendly and the food is consistently good. Plenty of tables spaced apart and very, very clean. The wait is never long and they bring your food to the table via numbers. The desserts look delicious, although I haven't tried them, but I see people taking them. I have had several of the grilled chicken wraps and my husband has had several of the the "Train specialty" sandwiches, always to his taste! I forget the name but it's cute that they have the train names for the specialty sandwiches. Also the decore is really cute with the puzzles of the trains and the old-time pics. It's very nostalgic. The restrooms are super clean and I can't say enough about how much we love this place. Reasonable prices as well....
