TO THE OWNER !!!!!!
I stopped to the area and, after reading good reviews, decided to try out this Indian restaurant. I ordered biryani, which has been a favorite dish of mine for years, so I was excited to try their version. Unfortunately, when the dish arrived, I was immediately disappointed by the portion size, and even more so by its appearance – it didn’t resemble BIRYANI at all. It looked and tasted much more like fried rice, lacking the authentic flavors and presentation I’m used to.
I shared my thoughts with the staff, he was very polite and understanding. The cashier, in particular, was exceptionally nice and even offered me a complimentary samosa chaat to make up for my experience. While I appreciated the gesture, the chaat also fell short of expectations.
My suggestion to the restaurant owner would be to hire chefs with experience in authentic Indian cuisine to bring out the true flavors that many customers look forward to.

None of the restaurants in this area have been a 'miss' to me, but Karma stands out as the one I've already returned to. The portion size is really good for the price - personally, I like to get one meal to share with someone else, and the price at that point is really manageable. It's warm and spice-filled Indian food (go figure), so I'm looking forward to getting some in the winter.

We got the chicken tandoori and the lamb curry, and between those dishes there was enough food for one comfortable serving. The flavor wasn't particularly to our liking, not good but not inedible. But they gave us cheap short grain white rice as a side, which seems like an offense to...
