3.5/5 – Good Quality, But Not My Favorite Flavor Profile
Downtowner is located inside a bustling food court-style setup with several different food outlets to choose from. Seating is shared among all the vendors and can be tough to come by, especially during peak hours. I ended up taking my food to go since there were no open tables.
I tried the spicy chicken sandwich with fries. Portion size and quality were both solid, but the flavor just wasn’t quite what I was expecting—it didn’t hit the mark for me personally. That said, the ingredients seemed fresh and well-prepared, so I think others might really enjoy it depending on their taste preferences.
Service was very friendly, and prices were fair, though hard to compare since standalone food courts like this are a bit rare in Las Vegas outside malls and casinos. Parking can be tricky—you’ll probably need to use the lot behind the building. The location itself is nice, right across from the park.
I’d come back and give it another shot, maybe try a hamburger next time. Will update this review if I do!

It was my first time here and the team was super nice! They walked me through their popular items and everything came out quick, which I loved.
They also run some great deals: Buy 3 sandwiches or burgers, get 1 FREE First customer of the day gets a free drink + appetizer
Here's what I ordered:
Smokin Supreme Sandwich - stacked with pastrami, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, bacon + honey BBQ sauce (a total flavor bomb)
Dip N' Bite Burger - comes with a truffle + cheese dipping sauce, so indulgent
Wings: tried the hot honey + parmesan garlic, both solid but I personally loved the hot honey more. They recommended the mango habanero next time. Comes with 3 flats and 3 drums
Animal Style Fries: crispy onion straws + bulgogi on top = so good

While driving around, we stumbled upon a new burger joint that recently opened at a familiar spot. This location houses several food businesses, but this place was new to us since our last visit. Intrigued, we decided to try it out. We ordered the Parmesan garlic fries and the Umami Burger, and both were absolutely phenomenal. The flavors were bold, fresh, and perfectly balanced.
