Sheer incompetence and laziness is how I would describe the employees of this store. For starters, after I placed my order, which was not until the employees had finished their conversation, the employee had to get the manager because the register wasn't even open. Then the manager takes my order and puts in the wrong order, which was only discovered because I asked for no onions
I get my drink and wait several minutes in the empty store before I noticed the line cook come from the back and only then start the most glacial sandwich making process in history. Two minutes later and the sandwich is complete. The employee up front begins to bag the order when another employee stops them and says the fries aren't good anymore and they needed to drop another batch into the fryer. At this point it has been about 5 minutes from when I ordered with no other customers in sight.
The employee informs me that they are waiting on fries, emphasizing that they will be fresh, as if my recently completed sandwich drying up under a heat lamp is a fair trade off for fresh fries.
I finally get my food after what seems an eternity, get out to the car and check the sandwich. The copious amounts ketchup and mayo have coated the bottom of the wrapper and bun, there is no tomato alluded to in the advertised picture of the sandwich, but hey, at least there were no onions...

Read moreLast week I was here listening to a gentleman at which point and time I’m not sure if he was a manager or not, the yell at of his employees in front of everybody. He was so mean to her, and she looked like she was about ready to cry, if you have a problem, take your employee to the side and not yell at him in front of everyone. Today I was here and ordered something online to pick up. Granted it was free due to me having points. I didn’t realize that I didn’t choose bacon on the platter I got. The lady at the drive-through tried to give me everyone’s order and I told her five times it was a mobile order and I told her what it was in which she kept trying to give me their orders. She offered to give me a bacon instead. And I told her I appreciated it that I didn’t know I messed up. Then she handed me the bag and told me to have a nice day without giving me the bacon. I don’t know what her deal is but she sure in the heck doesn’t need to be at the register or drive-through. She need some better training or taken off. I tried calling five times to talk to somebody and no one would answer. Not the kind of...

Just went through the drive through. Got the completely wrong order - even charged for the wrong order. Didn't bother coming back because I don't believe the order would have been right regardless.
Ordered a bacon Cheeseburger combo with a Coke. Got a roast beef combo with a Dr pepper. The roast beef (which I would eat anyways) was so soggy that the box was breaking.
The bigger issue was with the staff. The guy that made the order must have been on drugs, I don't throw that idea around lightly. He handed me the order before I paid and said... "Oh you could have just driven off".
He takes my card, and goes "Man this st is heavy what the fk is it made of???" (I have a metal card). When they handed me back the card they asked if I wanted horseradish or barbecue sauce. It didn't click until I left that the whole thing was wrong.
