My original 4-star rating had to be edited today. Sorry, but there was no helping it from a line of woeful experience in just the past week.
I will start only with today, however.
I arrive at the restaurant to be greeted with usual of late. No one at the register. Plenty of people behind the counter, oh, and they do know you are there. They glance up, the line behind me builds, but for a good five minutes no order was taken.
Then, finally, how can I help you. I would like 30 minutes of my day back in retrospect. I place my order, just one number, no changes, take a red queue number and head to the drink area. Get some unsweet tea, which isn't empty surprisingly. Get a straw, napkins...ketchup? No. Not empty this time, not broken this time, just not even there. No where to be found. Shrug it off, usually broken any way, will ask for packets when they bring my food out. Go to usual spot, and wait.
And wait....
Now, my order completed around 11:50ish. I went to my table, at around five minutes, I start line watching. My mental check to who orders followed by who gets there meal inside. Three sets of people order, take their seats also wait.
12:05, the first set gets their food. Followed by 12:11, second set....my face then probably begins to noticeably scowl. 12:15...third set gets food. The best part is that the staff have to see me as they deliver food. They have to see the red number still on my table indicating I have not got my food yet....
12:16, I walk to the counter, wait a minute to be addressed, surprised it took only a minute, normally that's a three minute wait to say I need a ketchup packet because your machine is broken. Tell them I still haven't received my number fifteen I ordered. The response...oh how delightful it was. "I thought there was still one missing from the screen, there it is." Really. It's missing, even though you cannot remember waiting on me? Cannot remember seeing the assigned number you gave me? Really. Now, the even better part.
They assemble my meal box from sandwiches that had been setting in the warming location. Random people's food that they needed for their orders. Not fresh replacements? Also, they at least said sorry bout that, but again I stress that I would like the time spent back. A small order for such a long review. 4 stars to 1 stars.
I end with a quote, from a recent show I liked.

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Hardee's, and I must say it was an absolutely terrible experience, thanks in large part to the disrespectful manager and crew member at the register.
From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff had no interest in providing even a basic level of customer service. The manager, who should set an example for the team, was openly disrespectful and dismissive. When I had a simple question about the menu, she rolled her eyes and sighed as if I was inconveniencing her by being there.
But it didn't stop there. The crew member at the register was equally rude. Instead of taking my order with a smile or even a modicum of politeness, they seemed more interested in chatting with their co-workers and completely ignoring me. When I finally managed to get their attention, they huffed and puffed as if I had asked them to perform some Herculean task.
The food was subpar at best, and the attitude of the staff made it even harder to stomach. I left Hardee's feeling not only unsatisfied with my meal but also deeply disappointed by the appalling lack of professionalism displayed by the manager and crew member. It's a shame that a fast-food restaurant with such potential can be marred by such disrespectful and indifferent employees. Read moreWe ordered a drink, a 5 piece chicken, and a milkshake. We waited in line behind one other car. No other cars besides us and the one in front of us. We waited almost 15 minutes to get our food. My milkshake wasn't even full! If I'm gonna pay like 3 bucks for a milkshake it should be full! Call me cheap but id like to get the full amount not just 3/4s of it. :/

We stupidly made the mistake of coming here again. We got two small meals, which were right. They were out of small lids when I asked the lady at the counter told me "just a minute" and procedded to take orders when the lids were right behind her. So I just sat down with no lid. We watched customer after customer come and go with their food and drinks for 20 minutes. We had to go to the counter twice and both times she said. "They just came up." If they just came up why did it take you 10 more minutes to just bag our food? And we ate inside with no tray and had to have our fries on napkins to avoid germs.
