I want to be clear that I adore all the regular staff, even the pinch hitters that show up to fill staffing shortages. They're all wonderful, and this review isn't a complaint about any of them. They have always given and continue to give me a wonderful experience every time I walk in. That coupled with this location being nearest my home has had it as a favorite in my Subway app since we moved here a year ago. We used to be in this store once a week and more.
In the last 90 days, menu item availability has diminished substantially. Whoever's responsible for getting this location their chips, soda, and toppings is dropping the ball such that we've had to switch locations just to get our full regular orders. Standard sandwich ingredients like pickles are frequently just not there. There's also been huge turnover at this location, and the remaining regular staff's morale has clearly dropped in that timeframe, too, in spite of how hard they work to hide that. Tack on the 8pm closure sign on the door...
Is corporate or a franchiser running this location into the ground? It seems like it. If not, y'all need to support this location better because its infrastructure appears to be failing.
I'm going to reduce this location to once a month visits and go to the next nearest one until it does some housekeeping to get back up to spec. Its staff and regulars deserve better from the corporation and...
Read moreSo my daughter and I go to this subway. Was greeted as we walk in the door. Nice for that. We are also the only 2 people in the store. Get to the counter to order and ask for a foot long meatball sandwich on flat bread. No other special request on it. Did not have a chance to say anything else as I was interupted by the girl (sandwich artisan) lol. She states "We don't make meatball sandwiches on flat bread because it burns us." I think to myself how does it burn you when you don't even pick it up but slide it a creoss the counter. Plus iI did not hear her mumble something on another sandwich and just asked her to repeat herself as I am in a wheelchair and if you talk behind something it is a little hard to hear with a glass display case between us and you half way yell at me. You only have to repeat yourself and look at me when you do so. It helps out a lot. So bad customer service and very bad at making or refusing to make one of your signiture sandwiches. If it is so dangerous to make take it off menu. Definitely lost a customer. Thanks Justin...
Read moreNormally, I love this subway. And normally the employees are amazing. Today however, I had the WORST sandwich maker. Younger girl with dark hair pulled back, chubby with tons of makeup on, tattoos and braces . First, she had a giant hickey on her neck which was disgusting. As my daughter and I kept telling her what we wanted on our sandwiches she'd roll her eyes and loudly say "what ELSE"?? I had asked for extra pickles so she gave me 4. When we got to the end and paid I asked for a bag. She THREW the paper bag at me and walked away. She was by far the absolute worst employee I've ever dealt with at subway. Especially this location!!!! ETA: I've found out this terrible employee is the manager. Wow. Just wow. Ever since she's taken over the caliper of employees has gone WAY down. Last 4 times I have been there they don't heat up the meat, or they don't know what anything is or how to make the sandwiches. This store has gone WAY WAY...
