Wingz & Wafflez — Restaurant in Springfield

I really didn't wanna write a review on solely emotion so I waited a few weeks. The wait is over. My friend came to our house with wingz and waffles order. I was so looking forward to them correcting the mistakes they made last time I got takeout from this place. The waffle he got looked felt and tasted like it had been stored a few days to use for future orders. The chicken strip oh my goodness.... I got those the first time but mine the first time were at least dusted withlemon pepper. These weren't. They were bland and hard to chew.. I haven't seen the place open for a while now. I really really was looking forward to making this place my go to since I live a block to the side of them. I have no words to how let down I was. I would Def give it another try. Oh what the heck next time I see it open I'm a get me some wangz and Thangz. Only reason I'm doing it next time there open is because their cashier was so nice to me when cashing out thru cash app!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.......We waited for over an hour for what was supposed to be waffles with fresh whipped cream and strawberries. It wasn't until I made a fuss about waiting so long that they told us there were no strawberries. When the waffles FINALLY came out, there was no whipped cream, no strawberries, the waffle was cold and hard. You could tell it was made several hours ago. At This point in time we still didn't get our coffee. The only nice thing I have to say is that our server was very nice and kept apologising for being the only server for the entire restaurant. She ended up giving us credit for one Of the waffles. Would NEVER...

First off, The staff seems clueless about the menu or how to make a few of the items. Second, 2/3 of my order was made and left sitting while she made her friends order who came in after me. Then when I finally got my omelet, it was missing the hash browns (she didnt know it came with the omelet),so by the time I got those, everything else was cold. The food is very basic. No options for cheese or bread. Lastly, the floors and coffee pots don't look like they've EVER been washed. Definitely will never go back or recommend. It took almost an hour to finally get...
