I signed up for their rewards program and it has been worth it because they send promotions. The menu has many different smoothies and bowls. You can get a smoothie to drink or a bowl of the same ingredients. I like how they categorize everything by what you might need that day: protein, refreshing, energy boost, etc. Everything tastes fresh and really good. The space is very small with two seats so you should just order, pick up, and go. It is usually not busy but if there are more than 3-5 people ahead of you it feels crowded and the wait time goes up fast. It is what you expect at a smoothie bowl place.

The staff is always incredibly nice and helpful. The food is very fresh and tasty. My fiancé and I frequent this location and often get the beach and legend bowl with blueberries, strawberries, and chia seeds. You can get many mixins to enhance your bowl. The vibe is fun and modern. The seating is limited but is made up for in the ability to easily eat the food while walking. There are other places to get Acai bowls in STL but they are nothing in comparison to Rush.

I've been wanting to try Rush Bowls in the CWE for a while, so I headed over to pick one up to go for a late lunch today. I got the Chai's Mystique and omg it was fantastic!! Banana, Almonds, Cinnamon, Honey, Chai, oat milk, Froyo, topped with Granola, Honey, and slivered almonds. I was trying to decide on something healthy and awesome and quick for lunch on my upcoming birthday that was close to the zoo. This wins!!

I am change my original review due to today's events. I have been coming to this location since its opening and have always had a pleasant time. I am unsure if they are under new management but the customer service I received has left a horrible taste in my mouth. The sheer disrespect & microaggression shown to me this morning is unacceptable. The employee at the register was completely rude. When I came in, he rudely yelled that they had a big order before mine and I would be waiting about 10 minutes before he got to take my order. I was okay with the waiting time, but he insisted that it would be a long wait. No one was in there outside of myself and the 2 employees. He began barking orders at the other employee as if the other young man was incompetent to do his job. After my wait, he finally took my order with a snappy attitude as if I was inconveniencing him. I have a $1 off card I was gifted from the owner when the shop first opened he said the card was reusable because it had no expiration date. I presented it to the guy at the register and he tried to take it claiming they no longer honor it. He tried to keep my card. I explained the card and he gave me the discount and returned my card. When giving him my money he asked if I had exact change. I handed him $20 for a $10.50 purchase. HE asked for my extra dollar so he can give me an even 10 but still had to give me change. He had to get more quarters from the back and just put my 50 cents on the counter instead of my hand. When he finally started making my bowl, he stopped to talk to someone on his apple pods. Once mixing my bowl he asked if I need a lid and I said yeah. He popped on the lid without adding my agave. He then asked me did I need a bag and I replied yes. He put the bag on the counter and told me the napkins and spoons are in front of me and walked off. As long as this location has been open in my community, I have never felt as belittled and unwelcome the way I did today. My dragon bowl was delicious minus not having the agave I...

First time trying Rush Bowls on 01-19-20 around 2:30pm. I've had other company's Acai Bowls before but nothing like this... I ordered the SUMMIT, just assuming there would be fresh Fruit on top of the Acai topped with Granola and Honey. There was not.. It Was only Acai, Granola and honey. It was still good, but by it being my first time, looking at the images on the wall I was under the impression the fruit would be on top. I wish there was a heads up given before I purchased. I drove from North County just to get one from N.Euclid in the City... And it was not what I expected. The girls that were working were no help at all. She asked "what can I get for you" I reply, "A Summit Aci Bowl", then she says, "Which Kind of Acai Bowl, there's 4 of them", Then I get Confused thinking I said something wrong, and I go, "The Summit Acai bowl, on the right" (pointing to it on the menu wall), then her co-worker comes up and says "she's saying the Summit".... That made me feel as If I had a disfunction about my speech or either I was fairly slow.. I do not by the way, I said it loud and clear looking her in her face.. Not very helpful at all.. Maybe the staff was tired and ready to go? Not sure. Overall, Not a fun experience. And yes I am African American if anyone...

I ordered a tropical bliss smoothie and requested it to be dairy free. Because they removed the froyo, I am almost certain they replaced it with water. The smoothie separated within 10 minutes and tasted like pure banana water. It was very bland, other than tasting of Bananas.. super disappointing for the cost of the smoothie. My spouse ordered a bowl and was mostly satisfied. It was supposed to come with honey and instead of adding the honey to the bowl automatically, the lady asked if we wanted the honey (at no point did we say, no honey please) and then put the most stingy drizzle of honey on the top. We would not go here again. Definitely don't recommend for people with dairy free /vegan...
