Good, but not spectacular I was expecting intense Thai flavors and of course the Thai heat. Not so, the food is very mild and a little bland. The sauces on the tacos stood out as did their optional hot or mild salsa that you can ask for on the side. My first impression was that the size of the tacos looked bigger on their website. I after pulling back the foil I could see the tacos were stuffed! One is not quite enough for a meal, but two is almost too much food. We had two Thai peanut chicken, one spicy basil chicken and one of the spicy lime chicken tacos. I ordered the spicy ones; they were good but not spicy. I was hoping for the fresh aromatic flavors of basil and lime with some Thai chili heat. It just wasn’t there. They had a special on fried Thai spring rolls. They were small and average in taste. The novel approach of serving Thai food, Mexican style makes for a convenient way to eat it. That probably helps to drive popularity of this restaurant. It is a clean little restaurant, the food is good and there are nice folks...
Read moreDO NOT EAT HERE. First, it took 24 minutes to get 3 tacos and 1 burrito at 7:00 Wed. 1-11-17. The place was not even half full. Two orders were placed after ours and received their food before we did! I asked server why and he said mix up in the kitchen. I asked for manager and server said he was busy in the kitchen. NO ONE apologized, no manager ever came out to speak to us! Can you imagine waiting at a real food truck for 24 minutes? A full service restaurant does not take this long, and managers ALWAYS apologize for inconveniences to the customer!!! Second, the food is HIGHLY overpriced and over rated. Thai curry? VERY MILD and BLAND! $3.00 + for a taco? I've had food truck tacos far superior for $1.00! Don't waste your time or money. Positive reviews must be written...
Read moreOur office is down the road, we love the food! However, they are rude when it comes to salsa. Today we had 8 tacos, several people eating them. I asked for 8 salsas (1 per taco) and was told no. I explained we had 8 tacos and several people eating them. I was told we would have to share. I explained I didn't really want to share with strangers, then he reluctantly said okay, fine and gave me a couple more. I think you should get as much salsa as you want, especially when you're not asking for an excessive amount. However, you could at least ask if I would mind buying the extras instead of just flat out saying no, bad customer service,...
