I came in, and ìt wasn't busy, surprisingly enough. I ordered and went and sat down to wait . They were dealing with the drive thru, and there were only two gentlemen sitting and waiting on their order. So she brings them their items. And I waited and waited. Then a couple walked in and ordered got their item's and sat to enjoy . I waited while standing where she could see me. She kept making drinks for the drive thru orders, and I finally said, "Excuse me, Ma, am I've not received my drink?"" She asked what it was and then went to make it. No apologies, not even a smile. I, too, work in customer service, and that's why I treat people with respect because I catch heck too. The fact that she dipped the cup inside the ice and just scooped it up without measuring it. I mean, just sloppy all around and acting bothered. She manages to give me my cup of ice with a little coffee. And then give me my expresso at this point. I knew i was done and just wanted to leave. This isn't my first horrible experience at a Dunkin' Donuts. It happens a lot throughout the city at some of these stores. But imagine for the. Customers who pay extra for what they want and don't get it and have to come back and ask for it and be treated like the customers in the wrong. It has happened numerous times at different locations. I'm not saying all are bad.I have one that is my absolute favorite. Rarely are mistakes made, and if they are, they're always good about making it right. Most of the time, I have to come to that favorite location to have to pay again for extra when I just paid at the location I purchased the coffee from. I think I'll just stick to my favorite location, and if I'm not over on that side of town to get one well, I guess I just will not get my coffee. Imagine paying so much money for a coffee and not even getting it the way you ask for it. Expresso, on the side, isn't a hard request. 🤦♀️ I'm not here to attack anyone personally at this location. I don't know what happened earlier in the day. Maybe she had been put through it, and i get it. I just know I want to be treated the way I treat others. And a simple apology for forgetting a customer doesn't hurt or at the least don't show frustration and the cheat me out of the coffee and give me all ice. We are all going through something. Kindness over everything is how I try to live. Kindness is everything. Especially if your tipped I bought an expresso machine. That way, if I'm mistreated or unhappy? It'll be because I did it to myself 😂. But seriously, I don't know what that beautiful soul had been or was and maybe still is going through. I pray for her to be blessed in her needs and again not attacking anyone. Just spreading awareness kindness is everything. This girl runs on...
Read moreJust go to the one on West Pensacola. It’s always something with this Dunkin, either their espresso machine is “broken” (for the past three weeks), theyre out of hashbrowns, out of eggs, out of caramel. I’m not sure how you can profit as a coffee shop without an espresso machine. Today when I went I was told they were out of caramel, which they were also out of last week, and out of hashbrowns. Okay whatever, so i changed my order to a small iced french vanilla macchiato. The girl over the speaker put it in as medium, so i corrected that, nbd. But then at the window i was handed a latte instead. And so im like wait I ordered a macchiato, so the guy takes it back, and then comes back a minute later saying the espresso machine isn’t working… Even though they were able to just make that latte. So whatever, i took the latte instead. It’s just extremely annoying at this point how they’re always out of something, somethings broken, or they get the order wrong. My hashbrowns and egg and cheese wrap are frequently burned as well Management needs to order more frequent restocks and get their equipment fixed. I will say though that the employees are usually pretty nice. TLDR; if you want your actual order,...
Read moreThis is the single most garbage Dunkin’ I’ve ever went to. There was a homeless man laying outside on the ground and I contemplated leaving, but like an idiot, I didn’t. It took 20 minutes just for one person to actually ring my order up, which, prior to this, they walked past the counter over 5 times. I began to order, and just by how the individual looked ordering, I knew they were going to butcher my order as they could barely read the screen and utter their words fully.
I ordered a large “cold brew” with cream and sugar and they gave me utter garbage. There was no cold brew in my cup and there was no cold foam nor any of the topping I ordered, just cream and sugar (refer to the picture). Heck, they didn’t even do the decency of putting the poorly mixed components in the right cup. This has to be the most garbage service Ive ever received at any coffee place. Outside of the garbage employees and the loitering homeless people, it took them another 45 minutes to get through a drive through line of 4 people.
I don’t know what kind of a circus the owner and manager are running, but it is baffling how they manage to consistently serve people piss in a cup passed off as coffee and remain...
