Do not go here. I went inside and ordered 2 to go orders of eggs benedict, $34 for both plus automatic gratuity for a to go order totaling $37.19. Fine, I’m hungry and I have to be on the road soon. I don’t mind paying for a good breakfast for us before our trip. Opened the container as soon as I got in my car, first off there’s barely any potatoes in one of the orders. For $37.19 really?? The ham is thin and not even large enough to cover two English muffins. They just slopped this order together. The worst part was that the eggs were hard boiled. It was hard boiled old eggs on an eggs benedict for BOTH of my to go containers. One of the eggs still had raw egg whites underneath. Mind you I immediately opened it right after receiving my order and sat in my car. Terrible. Awful. It was like they didn’t even want me to order 2 orders. When I asked for 2 orders to go they initially asked if I was sure I wanted 2 orders because “It would take a while to make 2 orders, it’ll take 15-20 mins”. Which I was ok with, I waited patiently for my food only to be disappointed as soon as I got in my car and opened it. Terribly put together. Awful service questioning me if I really want 2 orders because it’ll take too long. Do not go here. They don’t want your business or to serve you. I went in for a refund and returned the food. Drive to the other egg cafe that’s 10 mins away. Go to the other egg cafe on Austin Davis Ave. They are WAY BETTER. Worth the price when done right.

Nestled in Tallahassee, The Eggs is a beloved local spot that brings a cozy and welcoming atmosphere to the city’s breakfast scene. Known for its warm, homestyle charm and a menu packed with classic breakfast and brunch favorites, The Eggs is a go-to destination for those seeking a comforting start to their day. The menu at The Eggs celebrates the simplicity of great breakfast fare. From fluffy pancakes and perfectly scrambled eggs to hearty omelets and avocado toast, there's something for every palate. The star of the show is their signature egg dishes, such as the Eggs Benedict and the Eggs Florentine, each made with fresh ingredients and served with a side of Southern hospitality. For those craving something sweet, their homemade waffles and French toast are sure to satisfy. What makes The Eggs stand out is its warm and inviting atmosphere. The café’s rustic décor, coupled with friendly service, makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Whether you're enjoying a quiet breakfast alone or catching up with friends over coffee, The Eggs provides the perfect setting for a relaxing morning. For a comforting and satisfying breakfast or brunch experience in Tallahassee, The Eggs delivers in both flavor and atmosphere. With its classic menu, cozy ambiance, and genuine hospitality, it’s a charming spot that locals and visitors alike can't help but return to.

The restaurant itself is beautiful spacious airy very clean and welcoming. The host was very quick to greet us. We had come to town to see the FSU versus UF game. While we were sitting there in all our gator gear the owner Mike super friendly guy very personable made us feel very welcome and even walked us to our table. Our server was name is savanna she was friendly personable with a great attitude and information. The prices in today’s world are so outrageous at this restaurant you get amazing high-quality food for the most reasonable prices I’ve seen anywhere I had the eggs Benedict the ham was amazing normally I would ask them to leave it off but I left it on just to taste it because they said it was in-house cooked it was delicious the eggs were on point cooked poached to perfection. The orange juice was fresh the coffee tasted amazing. My daughter had the bananas foster French toast which she loved the bacon was crisp and delicious. Do yourself a favor if you want to go somewhere and have a delicious amazing breakfast huge portions great prices wonderful stuff these days and times it’s so hard to find a restaurant where you can go and be treated like you went out to eat this is the place if I could give more than five stars I would

A fantastic location, good food, friendly staff, and well-priced.

I really like The Egg for brunch/breakfast. Unsurprisingly, a lot of their menu is egg-based which I'm not normally thrilled about personally but they have a killer menu that I've not been disappointed with yet. No notes on their food honestly, it's just correct.

The actual location is pretty quiet, downtown, and huge. I've never really seen it full so the amount of people they can serve seems limited by staff. I generally like the decor, it's clean and well-lit, though no accounting for taste on the particular art they chose to display. Parking isn't a problem with the underground lot which is free on weekends.

Pricing is remarkably affordable, I am honestly surprised every time I get the bill just because they really could justify charging way more (I sure hope the owner doesn't read this and get ideas though), for two people we struggle getting the bill over $40 and are generally closer to $30 or so for a meal and a coffee each (pre-tip).

I'm struggling for things to say simply because I like this place a lot and it's my go-to breakfast place when I wake up early on a Saturday and feel like going out. If you haven't been, you owe it to yourself to give it a shot next time you're going out for...
