Unfortunate to have to leave this review after my experience but feels it’s necessary after my experience two weeks ago and again this afternoon. Long story short, a workers fingernail was found in my smoothie. Possibly cut or broken off while making the smoothie?? I don’t know, but obviously gloves were not being worn. And to make matters worse this fingernail made its way up the straw and into my mouth where I found it! I called to let them know and was incredibly kind about it. An offer of a full refund was made at that time but my lunch break was over so I couldn’t take more time going back and forth to get it.(could only get it if I came in) Called today to place a new order (because accidents happen and I liked the food… no more smoothies for me but their salads are great) and was told I could not get a refund on my order now. But if I wanted I could do a free upgrade to a large smoothie! When I mentioned that wasn’t was agreed on I was argued with over the phone. Customer service and kindness goes a long way. When a customer finds a fingernail in their order making things right should be top priority! They def lost a customer and I hope for everyone that continues to go there that they are at least...

I recently visited Smoothie Jungle for lunch, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The staff greeted me with warm smiles, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the start.

As a health-conscious individual, I was thrilled to find an array of healthy options on the menu. After much contemplation, I decided to try one of their signature smoothies and a sandwich. Both choices exceeded my expectations.

It's nice to have a smoothie establishment in the area; however, there's a lot of room for improvement. First, they need to have more smoothie options involving green or other vegetables! Kale, Spinach, etc might be great. Actually use the carrots that you have on display! Please don't get sucked into the smoothie trend. If you're a "smoothie jungle," then sell actual nutritional varied smoothies. Most importantly, improve your customer service. Do not allow your establishment to get added to the list of other South Florida businesses that sell quality products, but has bad customer service. Consumers will pay because they have no choice, or customer service is not that big of a deal to them, or simply because they're used to it and feel complaining changes nothing. However, it's a new day, and this review is permanent; someone will read this and take heed. Let's get it together.
