After owner review: Like I said ma'am, respectfully my review was about your treatment. Like I said before you could have walked over to us and not embarrassed or yelled across your establishment about our time and ordering. Take my review as an honest criticism about your behavior and see how you could have done things differently as to not offend or alienate future customers. I hope God continues to bless you as well and you learn some self- awareness and tact. Gently speaking to your existing customers like the person who took me there and potential new ones will further grow your business. Wishing you continued success. This review is about the service. Disclaimer... there is a church right next door so maybe this has happened before but it was my first time attending church & I happened to make a friend while in service. After church she invited me to walk into this business to talk and get to know each other... lost in conversation about 45 minutes passed of us sitting and chatting at the stools by the door when a woman... possibly the owner yells at us from the counter asking if we had ordered anything... we had not... to be honest we had not even looked at the menu so busy talking... she basically told us to leave if we were not going to order... while I understand someone going into your business without ordering may be frustrating she didnt have any indication to think we would not order... had I been the owner I would have walked over with menus and asked if we needed anything... and if we werent and she had an issue she could have respectfully asked us to leave... the funny thing is we had not looked at the menu lost in conversation and no one came to ask us if we wanted anything... if she was so pressed about us sitting in her empty shake place.... she had no tact yelling at us to leave from across the counter and quite frankly it was tacky. It's ok though because that friend who does attend church and patronized the location wont be back. Theres a reasonable this place was pretty empty for a location right next to a church. This lady needs lessons in customer service...

I have been a regular at this establishment since I discovered it on Google. I believe Matt, the owner, recognized me as the one who loves cinnamon and playfully mentioned it when making me a cinnamon crunch shake. His friendly energy made me want to support the business. Usually, I pay $9.54 for a shake when he's around, but I noticed that the price increases to $11.00 when the girl is at the counter. When I inquired, she mentioned a system fee, which seemed fabricated to me. As a fellow business owner using the same Clover machine, I knew she was not being honest. Although I enjoy supporting my local community, I dislike dishonesty. I understand she is an employee, not the owner. I am traveling from Oviedo Florida to Tampa area and found this amazing spot! The owner was super sweet and helpful. She had so many options to choose from. I pick one of the waffles … I don’t think I even look up from my plate lol it was sooo good. She gave me relaxation tea. Even suggested for me to take a tea for the morning that way I am not going crazy to look for a spot and I can go straight to work. All I have to do is add my hot water and I am good to go! I have had protein donuts else where but these were amazing. Soft n moist !! The place was very clean n decorated nicely. I pray that God bless both...
