Pita's Republic — Restaurant in Temple Terrace

Well the rating would have been higher but I don't feel like i recieved good service simply because i was trying to add more food to my order and was told i would have to wait for her to make 2 other orders before mine even though i was at the counter. And her little tablet didn't make noise til after i had already told her i need to add more stuff to my order. l was very patient and waited alot during my visit as she repeatedly said she was there working alone and so you can just imagine how aggravating it might be to be told sorry cant make your food right now even though i made the other part you just have to wait for the rest til i have time and am ready.well your business just lost 12.00 more dollars to add to the 32.00 i had already spent and a really good customer. Its funny because one your reviews is the same name as the person on my receipt who waited on me.... gretchend .in case the owner would like to check i was in there today less then 2 hours ago.unless of course you are the owner in which case you should probably brush up on your customer service skills or you may lose alot more customers.the food was good customer service not so much.oh and also you should not put optional toppings on the sandwich menu if they really are not an option because when i asked for olives and hot peppers on my philly steak it was met with resistance. However i did get them on there but not without disagreeance on her part about them being an option.This was my first visit to this location and i liked the food and may return again just not on her shift.unless of course that's the only person working there...

Unprofessional I placed an order through DoorDash was told they did not receive my order ased could it be another location she ask? No it’s east fower I tell her (Sarah) I know she was lying about her name anyway I said DoorDash confirm you making my order Prime example of rachet she said I don’t know what to tell you I don’t have the order on my end I told her that I am a new customer and I just want to try this location for the first time I do good reviews based on what the location provides quality and pricing she said well just do what you have to do because I don’t know what to say and then I asked her her name and she said zero which I knew she was lying this is an example of not to eat at any restaurant location on East Fowler or anything like that because you’re definitely not gonna get your moneys worth far as quality professionalism and just being in the restaurant to start hospitality business this is sad can’t even follow basic distractions from a DoorDash order I give this location for any effort to try to resolve the situation for a first time customer a...

Well, I was looking forward to my Pitas experience. I used to visit the location in Carrollwood but I guess it closed. Anyway, the Fowler location was a disappointment. Not very clean. The guy working there had on slide sandals, with his bare feet & toes out. I ordered a white chicken salad pita with a side of potato salad. It was nothing like my usual pita that I ate for many years. It was warm, instead of cold. I'm not sure what the orangish sauce was. I confirmed with the guy that it was indeed their white chicken salad. Maybe this location changed the recipe?? It did have a lot of chicken on it though and the guy was nice, plus he wore gloves while dishing out food- but I have to be honest. Also, basically every fountain soda was out. There were handwritten signs everywhere. It was a very dated place. Needless to say, I won't be back. Back to Chicken...
