Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

I was an employee for 3wks all because they hired a bunch of people at once. Lord Story short they are racist, kids work there, whom of course doesn’t listen to upper management I was lied on and they believed the kid when she was on her phone in front customers per Manager they are privilege. We need coporate to actually go do a cleanliness check and the store on Barker Cypress. If you are black don’t work in Cypress/Fairfield at all. They hate blacks and told it to us. The GM never told me I was terminated and tried getting the black girl to call the police and they know my situation. I had no clue I was terminated. The lied and said I can get mornings knowing my situation nothing, I closed 8days straight plus double because at 36yrs old I’m offered $9.50 with 5kids. So I went got a full time job with Coach and wanted to continue part time there. Based on my communication with management no problem but the GM she didn’t like me from the first day and guess what I just smiled and slung pizza. It’s ok they staff lazy and they will miss a person with big recommendation in cleaniness and work ethics. All because someone doesn’t like me. And I forgot I was lied on twice and Marie actually needs to be fired Lilly x2 and the young I forgot the other one name. I’ll be contacting coporate as I have pictures of before and after my work. I been torn down by many Mexicans these pass few years and that’s because my resume and work ethics intimidates they position as managers. Oh yeah I was told im manager in training and I never got paid for it and a regular worker ignored me and I got in trouble and that’s the story at the top. Im left jobless because I was crying when I found out and loss my coach job. Empty confused and all I have text messages proving no one terminated me they actually asked me come in. Can we talk about no gloves plus cross contamination and people with allergies and the workers don’t wash they hands in between. I forgot the manger name let her tell it they just kids don’t be so hard on them. Ok cool I can’t wait til a lawsuit hits cause they play with people lives over there and they wanted me gone because I knew to much as for as policy wise. Yeah I know why they would do such. This place was horrible. I ordered three extra cheese, extra pepperoni pizzas. And the kid at the front was so rude and unresponsive, had little to no information on how to take an order. He had no character and absolutely disgusting customer service. I swear this kid was like a robot, and the people working the back looked like the kinds of people that probably got fired from Starbucks. I felt so offended sitting there waiting for my pizza. They made about 20 hot-and-ready pizzas as I waited. I couldn’t hold my anger because I just knew they were doing stuff to offend me. Wife and kids were hungry for pizza. And it took 20 hot-and-ready pizzas and some loud noises to get them to realize I was getting impatient. They even messed up another guys order putting the pizza in the wrong slot on the “order pick-up” kiosk. They definitely don’t want any real business here. If it gets busy they’re gonna be in a bad mood here. They probably don’t get paid enough, or just aren’t very social. My order was about $37.

I wonder why anyone would prefer to fill orders instead of caring for pick-up people. Oh! Because no...

So I don’t usually write negative reviews but this one needed to be shared. We have gone to this location before - and yes, there is a longer wait than expected most of the time. We deal with it. But last night was a whole new horrible experience. We waited much longer than usual - ordered and arrived about 20 min later and the. Waited about 25 min. My husband is super polite so he kept kindly checking on the order. The KIDS working there really could care less. I almost said, forget it but, I took into account that they were kids and it was a busy time so we were patient. We ordered pizza, which was cold but fine otherwise. However we also ordered chicken wings - my husband and I each had one partial wing then stopped. The wings seemed cooked but tasted weird. Needless to say, we both ended up sick from even a bite of the chicken! Also the dessert - pictured, was given to us unbaked - raw cookie dough and still in the plastic wrapper I guess it arrived in. Just fair warning. We don’t have to go back here that’s our remedy but warning others and encouraging to share to avoid anyone else...
