The fries was so soggy & greasy The manager was rude gave me a fake Name I believed.. he probably wasn't Even The Manger because how he handle the situation and he didn’t even let me talk ... I was trying tell him I asked for no Mayo!?! MY CHILD IS Allergic to Mayo (egg) (Milk) so I felt uneasy so I called to speak to him an employee answer and would not let me know who I am speaking with sounded like was in the bathroom He was so rude and was going back and forth with me on the phone .. he had time tonight the food was just tossed in the bag I CAME back with Everything I asked for Fresh he said No You only can get the fries re done so what my children has to eat a cold burger because they gave us some Soggy 🍟 that been SITTING, There The Manger and whatever employee answered the phone ..should LEARN how to talk on a BUSINESS PHONE & To Customers..THEY NEEDS MORE TRANING.. WILL NOT COME BACK AGAIN ... WASTE OF MONEY .. DONT...

I had a $30 order and had to wait over 20 minutes to receive my food. I was not pleased at all and they forgot a mother cruncher I had ordered. I called the manager by the name of Ana and she told me I could come back any time and they would reimburse me with the sandwich that they forgot. I come back and it’s a total different story when I get there. They would not reimburse me for the sandwich that they forgot and I had the receipt. The manager was very rude when I talked this over with her and said that I was lying about what I was saying and I had all the proof on the receipt, so this checkers basically took my money for something that I payed for, they don’t have good customer service at all and they will take your money and not give you for what you paid for. I would not recommend anyone going here to get food at all because they will do the same to you if you’re in this situation. Horrible experience...

Staff is very unpleasant the system is always down from what they tell me every time I go there it smells so bad in there Tbh the worst part is you've got to walk inside of a gas station to order anything and pass by a whole bunch of paraphernalia if you're there with your kids you don't want them to see that?! I think this place needs to be revamped and under New Management until then I'm just only going to give it half a star it doesn't even deserve the full star👎🏽👎🏽 looks like they won't let me do half a star so they're going to slide by we're getting just one star from me I will change my review when they change their attitude and upgrade their so-called "system"that's always down as of...
