Omg! Decided to stop to grab a bite while at the Rossford craft show at Rossford High School. So glad we did! Mouth watering just by the smell. The gentleman at the window was so friendly. They take cards and post that there is a minimum fee which is nice to know ahead of time. The menu is perfect. Not too little not too large. Prices are reasonable. Portions perfect. The man was very rude when I ordered he opened the window and barked that ribs were $2 more than menu price because the price of the meat went up so instead of a large I got a small rib tip which was amazing but the Mac and cheese was terrible with a thick flour taste to it that was not good at all compared to mudcity down the road at 5 points they are seriously lacking I only went to we be ribs because mudcity was closed today don’t think I’ll be back even though...

Been looking forward to trying the Jackman location for years.Got the ribs tips and a small Cole slaw. The Cole slaw was pretty standard.The rib tips were impressive. The meat was tender and smokey(cutting it with a plastic knife!).Nice flavorful carmelization on some of the ends and the best part , the sauce. Nothing fancy or overly spicy just a great somewhat sweet sauce with a nice bite of vinegar. Well done,We Be Ribs,I'll be back to try more...
