Ordered chicken wings, 2 orders of fries, a grilled chicken salad with no olives, I’ve ordered from here a lot, sometimes multiple times a week…. my food came over an hour later both of my fries were over cooked hard, but also soggy inside the box from the steam , I had to pick the olives out of my salad, and my chicken wings still had feathers on them…. I wasn’t going to write this review until whoever the manager was laughed at me over the phone because of how upset I was. When I have to be up for work at 2:30am I don’t find it very funny . Any other time I’ve ever had an issue I was told a credit could be put toward my account. So I agreed to return the wings, and have that credit put toward my account after I was told no refunds could be made. 2 minutes later I receive a call back From a manager insisting that I take the new wings and that they’ve already been dropped in the fryer, and that they couldn’t give me a refund or credit my account as they have numerous times before ….the issue had been resolved and this call back should not have been made and was totally unnecessary. I told him again that I didn’t want new wings I didn’t even complain about the fries or the salad. But I put the wings outside for the delivery driver who I tipped 5$ too, to come pick up, that of whom was also very rude and I’d never seen him before. After telling him I would write this review and potentially call the health department he agreed to refund my money . Which is against their company policy as I was told a number of times, and that’s why I initially agreed to have a credit put toward my account , to receive a call back was totally out of pocket and not needed I threw the fries into the garbage can and am now going to bed with no dinner, after spending 30$ and waiting over an hour . After ordering here for years and multiple times a week and spending well over 1000$ here I will not be ordering from here again. Maybe they should hire a cook with some culinary knowledge because clearly the one they have working has none.I’ve worked in a number of restaurants as a cook and a server for over 13 years at much higher end places and made a lot of money because I am very good at what I do . I am serve safe certified and this is absolutely not how you run a restaurant. The first photo with a feather is from tonight, the second photo is from the last time I ordered” an didn’t complain” when I ate most of a wing only to see that it was still bloody in the middle of it . Get someone who knows how to cook in your kitchen or atleast looks at the food before it’s sent out , how I was brought over cooked soggy fries I don’t know after waiting over an hour you would think it would be fresher . I could say I’m mad but really I’m just very disappointed because this was one of my main places to order from in such a small town. Never again. So whatever you do be cautious when ordering food from here. An now I am still hungry . We will wait to see if I get refunded for my wings like...
Read moreI ordered an Italian Mix sub for delivery and assumed it would be made exactly as it says on the menu (see photo). I was surprised when person who answered the phone asked me what kind of cheese I wanted since it says provolone right on the menu. It was delivered one hour later with meat and cheese on bread. No lettuce, tomatoes, onion, or Italian dressing. When I called to say what had happened, the person who answered the phone told me that they made an Italian mix and that I only asked for provolone. I explained that I wanted exactly what it said on the menu. She told someone else that a lady was calling complaining. I heard every word. That person got on the phone and told me, “for future reference, you have to ask for the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and dressing”. I explained that I wanted exactly what was on THEIR menu, why would I list the ingredients?! She said she would have another made with everything on it. I waited again for delivery and got… another dry sandwich. This time it had veggies, still no dressing. Just a dry sandwich. I give up. Do not recommend for the food or...

Apparently, this manager is notorious for not giving a dam and ignoring issues related to this one particular delivery driver, who has also been complained about by others. This snarky little kid with glasses, probably in his late 20s or early 30s, had the audacity to yell at me because I tipped him five dollars, a standard amount when you're driving right up the road to Whiny Ave, right next to Shop n Save. This little delivery punk had an attitude and said, "Don't ever call to order your food from here again." The manager, whose name I think is Zack or Steve or something equally forgettable, couldn't care less. So guess what? I'm going to flood Facebook with posts about this incident and send the video of it to Albany news since I have it recorded on my Ring doorbell. The village will definitely be hearing about this story on the local news very soon...
