TT's Montauk — Restaurant in Town of East Hampton

Service from the rude bartenders ruined our experience! 🌮 and street 🌽 were amazing no issues with the food. The ambiance of the place although small was really nice. Look at my other reviews mine are usually positive but the service was terrible here obviously you can tell this attracts a local crowd and with that usually reflects poor service to "tourists" as the bartenders would rather spend their energy and time on people they know which to a degree I get but not ignore customers fyi I used to bartend and I can tell you these 2 bartenders tonight cost the place more 💰 then they could make and I'm assuming daily and most won't come back but in a tourist destination such as Montauk they'll still do well but if I owned the place I'd be worried on how much better they can do. Again food was great , ampotshere just bad service. Long story short after 3 drinks had to wait 15 more until I got the attention of the bartender who was rude and said " you act like I wasn't doing anything we're busy" I still tipped 30% as I always do but just bad I would put 0 stars but...

I was so excited to try this place because of all of the reviews. It was my sisters bachelorette weekend this week and we stopped here for some dinner in-between festivities. We arrived at TT’s at 7 and we were directed to a picnic table for outside seating. Our order was taken quickly but then we almost never saw our waitress again. We were never asked for water/drink refills or told when our food would be ready. It took almost 2 hours and us finding our waitress inside for us to receive our apps and entrees. Our food was given to us in a to go bad in to go containers. The portions are insanely small. Our food was cold and underwhelming. Also, the one order of drinks we got were unbalanced. Our waitress was inattentive and didn’t care about our long wait. I’ve never left a review before but our experience was so disappointing and we felt like we were unwanted. There’s so many better places in Montauk to go. Maybe their bar is better, but the dinning experience was awful. We won’t...

Terrible. The food came out COLD and wrong. We repeated the order twice after being asked to confirm the order and they still got it wrong. They refused correct the order saying their kitchen was closed yet they still continued to take other people’s orders.

The staff was pretty much clueless. I went to ask where the bathroom was and one of the staff told me to go out and go around. There was no other way to get to the bathroom without having to go through the their kitchen. I had to go back again the same way after being told by another employee that that was the way to go to the bathroom. Ridiculous. They had no soap in the bathroom. How do you wash your hands with a hand sanitizer?

Their food was awful. Not only was it cold, but it was tasteless. They were charging $10 for 2 mini tacos.

Avoid this place at all costs. Although the outside decor looked casual and friendly. It was nothing but. I wouldn’t recommend this...
