This is the second time I dine at this location. The first time arriving at the restaurant had a lot of character. My daughter in law loved the TV that had I love Lucy playing that made it extra special for her. I didn't give the review the first time it seemed that our waitress was having a bad day. We didn't know what to order because this was our first time. The waitress didn't make a recommendation and was very annoyed when she had to come to our table several times to get our order and we weren't ready. Eventually, we decided to just order a hamburger, which was the easiest thing to order. I have to say our burger was cooked well and the presentation was excellent. We even took burgers home for our family. I choose to hold off given a review and give this place a second chance. Second Try: I have to say the waitress was amazing. But as the first waitress it would be nice when you get a new customer and they are not sure what go get they should have be able to recommend their favorites of the favorites that sell consist by customers. But besides this, our experience was wayyyy better than the first. I was able to try their wings, and it was really good. I will recommend this place and I am looking to come back again with my friends.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! The service that we received today for our delivery was somehow more disappointing than the food we were complaining about. As someone who has worked as a waitress and knows the customer is always right, I'm shocked by how my husband was treated when complaining about how our food showed up and how it tasted. I had a pleasant experience in the restaurant a few months ago and have been looking forward to ordering delivery from here. We ordered through Slice. I ordered a steak taco for nearly $5 and was very underwhelmed when it showed up as four pieces of salty steak on a tiny tortilla. My husband's sliders were both overcooked and unpleasant to eat. (See photos) When my husband put in the order for a grilled chicken sandwich on the app, he wrote in the notes to put all the toppings on the side. Instead it showed up with all the toppings on it. When he called to complain, the explanation given was that the kitchen "didn't know what that meant" and made the decision to disregard the note entirely and send us a sandwich slathered in toppings. I feel "put it to the side" is very clear and used quite often in many MANY other restaurants. It was reiterated that if he used the word "plain" the kitchen may have understood. However, it was disrespectful that they didn't reach out to clarify (or google what "put it on the side" meant.) Its extremely unfortunate for my mother who we ordered the sandwich for because there was cheese on it and she is lactose intolerant. Instead of them taking responsibility for messing up, my husband partook in arguments about what "toppings" were. They did offer to swap the sandwich but my husband had to drive out there to get it, which defeats the purpose of ordering delivery. When he spoke to "someone' at the restaurant it was the infamous Karen others have mentioned in previous NEGATIVE reviews. Instead of accommodating us as most restaurants would in a friendly, apologetic manner, she was combative and put the blame on my husband for not liking the sliders because "everyone else does, right?" as she looks to her other coworkers to back up her claims. Instead of accepting that not everyone likes charred, over-cooked burgers. According to the conversation with Karen, she is not allowed to issue refunds. She is not a manager and there was no manager my husband could talk to on a Saturday night. According to her, only the owners can issue refunds. Where are they? NOT AROUND TO SUPPORT THEIR RESTAURANT ON THE BUSIEST DAYS OF THE WEEK! Which shocks me considering I've worked with owners who were on the floor every night during the weekend until close. If the customer service had been better we would've forgiven the high price of the food, but since we were treated so poorly, we will be demanding a refund when we can make contact with the owners.

We are from out of town and googled places to eat. Craft 47 had a great looking menu, but reviews were not so great. When we arrived, we couldn't tell the difference between this restaurant and the restaurant next to it. We thought it was all one place. No one outside to greet, from either restaurant, so we just guessed. It turns out, we went to the place next door. It was packed!!! Our turn off was that it was loud men yelling at the bar and loud kids screaming and crying. We got a table anyway, but then when we saw the menu wasn't Craft 47's, that was our 3rd reason to leave. So we went next door to Craft 47. There was a sign for a smash burger. We walked in to a dark empty bar and walked right back out. Maybe they were closing? There were more people working there than eating there. We didn't know what to do. We needed to eat. So we went back in. The girl behind the bar told us to sit outside at any 2 top. Ughhhh. Don't use restaurant slang to your guests. She dropped a menu and left. We ordered an appetizer, came quickly. Bleh. Gross. Our meal was the smash burger. I mean, if you promote it, it's gotta be good right? No. 2 bites were more than what could be handled. What's that secret sauce? Is it a secret because it's not really there? Is it a secret because it's not really a sauce? Or is it a secret because even the staff doesn't know what it is? The salad was lettuce with a few tomatoes. What was the dressing? Gross. After mentioning that it just wasn't good, the waitress was "shocked". She's never had a bad review of that burger. That's hard to believe. We took some fries to go, but that was a waste too. I really tried to let this place shine, but I guess follow the reviews. Oh and if the place next door is hopping and this one isn't... there's another good sign. I would use the word cardboard to describe the whole experience. Cardboard faces and personality, cardboard food, sad cardboard to go. My observation and suggestion, your staff is killing your restaurant. New staff, new chef, and brighten up the place! I would bet that you're spending more to be open than making a profit.

I honestly don’t know where to start- so I’ll start at the end… I wouldn’t recommend coming here. We’ve been here a few times since moving to the area three years ago and keep trying to give it another chance despite it getting worse with each visit. This one will be the last. To put it bluntly - the food is overpriced and just bad. The $20 medium rare burger (a bare burger is $14 but you pay for every topping including cheese) came out well done and, on the outside, was just an absolute piece of charcoal. It tasted like a campfire. The bun was stale and completely fell apart the second I picked it up. I fully believe that the fries were days old and just refried, soggy and flavorless. The entire meal was basically inedible. The chicken wrap was just soggy drippy mush. There was only one server there tonight who I’ve seen there before and who I believe is the one being called out in other reviews for being really rude - and I have to say, my experience was consistent with these reviews. This place is pretty busy - almost every table had kids under 5- I’ve waited tables and do get that this is stressful. I get that this is probably a difficult shift but this server just let every bit of stress just fully show and was straight up nasty to customers. If the service or the food were at all acceptable I’d either give a higher star review or not review at all just to not smack talk a business, but this was a lot of $ to spend on inedible meals and service where I felt like they were angry at me for being there.

So i want to start by saying overall resturants are not always going to make things that are to your liking, but it's how they respond to your negative experience that will determine if you go back or not. The first time my wife and I came here, the food was great and it prompted us to come back the following week. This time, it was not so great. She ordered a smash burger and enjoyed her food while I ordered the deep fried lasagna. I wish I didn't. From the presentation (picture added) to the taste was all off. I attempted to eat the lasagna, but it did not taste good at all!!!! and it was $19 smh. For the price alteast present it well on a plate. I politely told the waitress and she asked me if I wanted something else but by then I my appetite was gone. When I received the bill, they still charged me for it, in disbelief i did not argue the bill. This is what I mean by its all about how a restaurant responds to a negative experience. Overall the food at this place is good, but will contemplate about going back anytime soon.

There is only 1 reason for the 4 stars that I will explain at the end. Let's begin with the food. All the tapas plates we ordered were incredible! Who would have thought to make buffalo calamari? They did and they did it well. We indulged in a variety of dishes and each was better than the next. The coffee was really good as well as the desserts. Apple pie empanadas is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! But here's why I gave 4 stars. When we asked our server about the beers they directed us to look at the "untappd" app. Not exactly what I expected to hear and they didn't even know about the beers that were on tap. They said because the beers change often so there wasn't a beer list with descriptions. Plus we had to grab our servers attention quite a bit. Regardless, I truly recommend trying Craft 47 for their amazing food.
