Chinese Gourmet Express — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

My friend bought food from there, when she noticed hair in her food she brang it back and wanted a refund. Obviously she wouldn't want another plate of food if she found hair in it and it all comes from the same trays. When she told them she wanted a refund, they got rude with her and told her to get out. You serve my friend food that's unsanitary and refuse to give her a refund? They told her to get more food, but if the first plate with unsanitary, wouldn't the second plate be unsanitary because it all comes from the same trays of food? (It is laid out like a buffet style and you pick from the trays). She was very upset. She didn't have much money and she wanted to eat, she wanted to get her refund and buy her food somewhere else.

I have been coming to this restaurant since I was a baby, so I might be a little biased. But this restaurant is the BEST. Their bourbon chicken never disappoints. It’s sweet, tangy, and delicious. Coupled with their sides of rice and beans, it is amazing.

Also, the food is very cheap. One meal can cost only 11 dollars, and for the amount of food that comes with it, it’s a great deal.

In addition, the lady who runs this restaurant is extremely nice. She recognizes me and my family every time we go, even saying my name.

My husband has been coming here since high school and the owner still remembered him and was so sweet and kind :") The food and portion were really good! The boneless ribs were tender and the broccoli was so nicely flavored. The food might be a little greasy but at least it's flavorful and not artificial tasting.
