I put in a $80 order at 8:05pm on Saturday, May 27th. The order was confirmed one minute later by Himali Heritage per BeyondMenu. They state this means the order was 100% received by Himali Heritage and there was no system issue. I called Himali Heritage close to one hour after not receiving my order (9pm) and was immediately told by the girl answering the phone that my order was never received and they were closed and would not make my order that I had placed over an hour earlier... Their hours are listed as being open until 9:30pm, too. I was then told by the girl that they couldn't refund my order and that I would have to call BeyondMenu to acquire the refund. Upon calling BeyondMenu they stated there was definitely no system glitch and that the restaurant 100% did indeed receive my order.
1.) It's insulting to your customers' intelligence to tell them lies about not receiving orders when you know you did at exactly 8:06pm per BeyondMenu.
2.) When you're still open for another 30 minutes it comes across as ridiculous to customers when you can't make the order that was missed, or deliberately glossed over due to obvious laziness, in order to save a large order and keep a customer long term.
I will not be going back. I had been before and was planning to continue going back....

The food was hit and miss. The sauces in all our dishes (Tika Masala and Mahkni) were creamy and delicious. The paneer and duck were also very good. But the two chicken dishes didn't taste right. Many of us were asking each other if the chicken pieces had an "odd, gamey or off taste". So we're guessing the chicken wasn't very fresh or not handled properly.
The naan was fresh, thick and delicious but the Garlic Naan had zero flavor. There was visible seasoning on it but we had to salt to find flavor.
Overall the food was mixed. Some dishes good. Some were not. Disappointing as we love Himalayan food and looking for a go-to...
Read moreWe started off with samosas. Certain parts were not cooked all the way and the dough was still raw. No biggie, we just pulled that off and ate it. They were perfectly seasoned and tasted great. One down fall was that they didn't have any mint/cilantro sauce. Once again, not a big deal as they had the tamarind sauce. However when we go to the entree. TERRIBLE. the chicken tikka masala sauce tasted like they warmed up yogurt, heavy whipping cream, tomato paste and about a cup of onion powder. But the chicken? It was inedible. I don't know if it was old, recooked or what. But it had a foul smell and taste. On top of that it was so hard you couldn't even cut it with a fork. We...
