I ordered eight buffalo wings and two fish sandwiches without tomatoes. When I got there he charged me for six wings and I asked for 8. he wanted to argue with me about that until I told him that he quoted me a price that was $2 different from what he quoted me (the difference between the two wings. I went home two wings shy...took the food home, and open up the fish sandwiches, and there were tomatoes on my sandwich, and the fries were cold... And lemon pepper wings. I took the food back. The guy was trying to tell me he would not give me my money back... He even took the food to the back and said he would not return my money. Thankfully there was a voice of reason back there.. another young guy saying just give her her money back several times...eventually, I got my money back.. it was a horrible experience... they messed up on my order... they didn't want to give me my money back..very, very Nasty experience. The taste of Chicago left a nasty taste...

UNSANITARY AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. I went here to simply pick up an order for Door Dash (wasn’t even my food) and there was no one at the window to begin with. I had to yell “hello” to even be acknowledged. Then when the man with the mole on his face came out he looked at me as if I interrupted his “me time.” I told him I was picking up for Door dash and he acted as if he couldn’t hear me because of my mask (he wasn’t wearing one). After raising my voice and repeating myself I asked if he heard me then. He looked me crazy and said “I hear you now do you wanna fight?” How unprofessional can you be ? Of course after I go off he says he was playing. You don’t play like that with people you don’t know. He made me very uncomfortable and the place looked...

The customer service sucked ! Ordered 4 meals 1 “on “ dinner and 3 “on “ combos . Which they say the combos come with a drink and the dinners do not . Not only does the price on the menu board differ from the price they tried to charge !

The fish was over cooked and salty and in the voice of my uncle Louis the fries were also salty af! The guy behind the counter was rude and aggressive to two women when asked about our can of soda ! Never again spent over $60 dollars for poor service and not the best quality food!
